Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 174/2020 JAWATANKUASA PENGURUSAN BENCANA NEGERI SARAWAK KENYATAAN MEDIA (29 JULAI 2020) 1. LAPORAN HARIAN Hari ini dua (2) kes positif COVID-19 dilaporkan. Daripada jumlah itu, Daerah Kuching (1) kes dan Daerah Serian (1) kes. Ini menjadikan jumlah keseluruhan kes positif COVID-19 di Sarawak sebanyak 677 kes. A. Kes 676: Kes ini adalah seorang perempuan warganegara tempatan yang mempunyai sejarah kontak rapat positif COVID-19 kepada kes Ke-630 yang telah disahkan pada 23 Julai 2020. Kes adalah emak kepada kes Ke-630. Beliau sering melawat kes Ke-630 setiap minggu dan kali terakhir kes melawat anaknya pada 11 Julai 2020. Kes dikesan secara pengesanan aktif yang melibatkan Kluster Sentosa. Kes tidak menunjukkan tanda dan gejala. Kes telah disaring swab untuk ujian rT- PCR pada 27 Julai 2020 di Pusat Saringan di Serian dan didapati positif COVID-19 pada 28 Julai 2020. Kes telah dimasukkan ke wad pada 28 Julai 2020. 1 Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 174/2020 B. Kes 677: Kes adalah lelaki bukan warganegara mempunyai sejarah kontak rapat positif COVID-19 kepada kes Ke-581 yang telah disahkan pada 14 Julai 2020. Kes dikesan secara pengesanan aktif yang melibatkan Kluster Mambong. Kes ini juga tidak menunjukkan sebarang tanda dan gejala. Kes ini telah disaring swab ujian rT- PCR pada 27 Julai 2020 di sebuah klinik kesihatan kerajaan dan didapati positif COVID-19 pada 28 Julai 2020. Kes telah dimasukkan ke wad pada 28 Julai 2020. C. Kluster COVID-19 yang masih aktif. Pada hari ini, seramai dua (2) kes baharu telah dilaporkan yang melibatkan kluster-kluster yang masih aktif. Satu (1) kes dilaporkan di bawah Kluster Sentosa (Kes 676) dan satu (1) kes di bawah Kluster Mambong. Tiada kluster baharu dikesan dan dilaporkan pada hari ini. Ini menjadikan jumlah kluster yang masih aktif di Sarawak adalah kekal sebanyak sepuluh (10) kluster. Sebanyak sembilan (9) kluster dilaporkan di Daerah Kuching dan satu (1) di Daerah Bintulu. Setakat hari ini, terdapat sepuluh (10) kluster yang masih aktif iaitu: a) Kluster Syarikat Kejuruteraaan: kekal lapan (8) kes b) Kluster Mambong: penambahan satu (1) kes menjadikan jumlah tujuh (7) kes c) Kluster Pusat Perubatan: kekal tiga (3) kes d) Kluster Jupiter: kekal tiga (3) kes e) Kluster Pasar Stutong: kekal tujuh (7) kes 2 Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 174/2020 f) Kluster Jeti Kuching: kekal dua (2) kes g) Kluster Sentosa: penambahan satu (1) kes menjadikan jumlah 31 kes h) Kluster PUI Melbourne: kekal dua (3) kes i) Kluster Syarikat Pembinaan Kuching: kekal dua (2) kes j) Kluster Pasar Satok: kekal empat (4) kes Dimaklumkan juga satu (1) kes baru yang telah pulih dan dibenarkan discaj dari Hospital Umum Sarawak hari ini. Ini menjadikan jumlah keseluruhan kes postif COVID-19 yang telah pulih dan dibenarkan discaj setakat hari ini adalah seramai 565 orang atau 83.46%. Seramai 93 orang masih menerima rawatan dalam wad isolasi hospital, dan jumlah kematian kekal 19 orang atau 2.81% Hari ini sebanyak tujuh (7) PUI baru dilaporkan dan tiga (3) kes masih menunggu ujian makmal. 2. KEPUTUSAN JAWATANKUASA PENGURUSAN BENCANA Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Bencana Negeri Sarawak telah bermesyuarat hari ini dan telah memutuskan beberapa keputusan seperti berikut: A. PERGERAKKAN PELAJAR MATRIKULASI KE SEMENANJUNG MALAYSIA, SABAH DAN LABUAN Untuk pendaftaran pelajar Sarawak yang akan memulakan pendaftaran di Matrikulasi seluruh Malaysia yang bermula pada 3 Ogos 2020 dan memandangkan Kerajaan Sarawak telah menetapkan Garis Panduan 3 Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 174/2020 (SOP) baru mengenai kemasukan ke Sarawak, ianya akan memberi kesan kepada ibubapa yang pergi ke Semenanjung dan Labuan untuk mendaftar anak-anak mereka. Oleh itu Kerajaan Negeri Sarawak telah bekerjasama dengan Sarawak Volunteer untuk memperkenalkan inisiatif baru bagi mengurangkan kesan dan meringankan beban ibubapa. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk membantu pelajar-pelajar matrikulasi yang baru mendaftar dan tidak dapat ditemani ibubapa mereka. SV akan membantu bermula dari pelajar tersebut mendarat di Lapangan Terbang ke destinasi Pusat Matrikulasi mereka. Jumlah Pelajar Sarawak yang ditawarkan di 16 Matrikusai seluruh Malaysia adalah 1,145 orang. Untuk keterangan lanjut sila layari Facebook Sarawak Volunteer. B. PELANJUTAN DAN PENANGGUHAN PEMBUKAAN SEMULA SESI PERSEKOLAHAN BAGI MURID-MURID SEKOLAH RENDAH (SR) TAHUN 1 HINGGA TAHUN 6 DAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH (SM) KELAS PERALIHAN, TINGKATAN 1 HINGGA 4 DAN TINGKATAN 6 RENDAH Berdasarkan nasihat Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Sarawak, Majlis Keselamatan Negara, Sarawak dan persetujuan bersama antara semua pihak termasuk wakil Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Sarawak) maka Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Bencana Negeri Sarawak membuat keputusan iaitu pembukaan semula sesi persekolahan bagi 164 buah sekolah menengah dan sekolah rendah 4 Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 174/2020 di daerah Kuching, Padawan & Samarahan yang sebelum ini telah diumumkan bermula pada 03 Ogos 2020 ditangguhkan ke 17 Ogos 2020. Selain itu, penangguhan pembukaan semula sesi persekolahan melibatkan Kelas Peralihan, Tingkatan 1, 2, 3 & 4, Tingkatan 6 Rendah dan sekolah rendah melibatkan Tahun 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 diperluaskan bagi dua puluh lima (25) buah sekolah di daerah Padawan dan dua puluh empat (24) buah sekolah di daerah Samarahan. Oleh yang demikian, penangguhan pembukaan semula sesi persekolahan di daerah Kuching, Padawan dan Samarahan setakat ini melibatkan 213 buah sekolah. Bagi kelas Prasekolah, Tingkatan 5 dan Tingkatan 6 Atas, sesi persekolahan diteruskan seperti biasa. i. SURAT KELULUSAN KETUA JABATAN Bagi Jabatan dan agensi yang di bawah kategori Perkhidmatan Penting (Essential Services), mereka perlu membawa salinan kelulusan daripada Ketua Jabatan masing-masing sebagai syarat untuk bergerak dari Zon 1 ke Zon 2 dan juga sebaliknya. D. KEBENARAN PERGERAKAN ANTARA ZON DARI PDRM Semua pergerakkan dari Zon 1 ke Zon 2 dan juga sebaliknya perlu mendapat permit kebenaran dari pihak PDRM terlebih dahulu sebelum membeli tiket perjalanan seperti berikut: i. Penerbangan dalam Sarawak (Domestic Flight) ii. Pergerakkan menggunakan Bas Regional iii. Pergerakkan menggunakan Bot Ekpress 3. LAPORAN NOTIS KOMPAUN Pihak PDRM telah mengeluarkan sebanyak 53 notis kompaun kerana tidak mematuhi Garis Panduan (SOP) iaitu di Kuching (22), Bintulu (12), Mukah (8), Miri (6), Limbang (2), Sri Aman (1), Sarikei (1) dan Samarahan (1). 6 Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 174/2020 4. PEMANTAUAN PEMATUHAN PKPP (10 JUN HINGGA 31 OGOS 2020) PDRM akan terus memperketatkan Garis Panduan (SOP) termasuk pemakaian topeng muka di tempat awam. Hari ini sebanyak 2,097 premis telah dipantau iaitu Pasaraya (268), Restoran (482), Kilang (13), Bank (167), Pejabat Kerajaan (104), Penjaja (61), Pasar Tani/Awam (106), Tempat Ibadah (62), Tempat Riadah (58), Tapak Pembinaan (15) dan lain-lain (761). Seramai 648 anggota pematuhan PKPP yang terdiri daripada PDRM (334), ATM (42), RELA (127), APM (90), PBT (39) dan Lain-lain agensi (16). 5. SEKATAN JALAN RAYA OP BENTENG Hari ini terdapat 6 sekatan jalan raya di 5 buah daerah bersempena dengan Op Benteng iaitu di Lundu (2), Bau (1), Serian (1), Sri Aman (1) dan Lubok Antu (1). Daripada 6 sekatan jalan raya tersebut, sebanyak 1,764 jumlah kenderaan telah diperiksa. 7 Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 174/2020 6. NASIHAT KEPADA ORANG RAMAI Orang ramai adalah dinasihatkan agar tidak leka dan terus kekal waspada. Pastikan saranan dan nasihat-nasihat kesihatan diamalkan pada setiap masa. Antara nasihat yang sewajarnya dijadikan satu kebiasaan baharu dalam kehidupan harian dengan mengamalkan SOP: S: Syarat-syarat seperti yang ditetapkan di bawah Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan (PKPP); O: Orang yang berisiko tinggi seperti kanak-kanak, bayi, warga emas dan orang kurang upaya (OKU) perlu dilindungi, individu tidak sihat dan bergejala dikehendaki segera menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan; P: Penjarakan sosial (social distancing) diamalkan pada setiap masa iaitu sekurang-kurangnya 1 meter. M. HILLIARD &B.L.BURTT Nineteen miscellaneous species of Bornean Cyrtandra are dealt with. Cyrtandra atrichoides, C. congestiflora, C. crockerella, C. dulitiana, C. kanae, C. libauensis, C. plicata, C. vaginata and C. disparoides subsp. inconspicua are newly described. Descriptions and discussion are provided for C. erythrotricha and C. poulsenii, originally published with diagnoses only. Cyrtandra axillaris, C. longicarpa and C. microcarpa are also described, while C. borneensis, C. dajakorum, C. glomeruliflora, C. latens and C. prolata are reduced to synonymy. Keywords. Borneo, Cyrtandra, Gesneriaceae, new species. I NTRODUCTION A good many species of Cyrtandra in Borneo still remain undescribed; some available specimens are known to us only in the sterile state or are otherwise inadequate to typify a name. In this paper eight species and one subspecies are newly described. Burtt (1996) published new species with diagnoses only: C. erythrotricha B.L.Burtt and C. poulsenii B.L.Burtt are now fully described while C. glomeruliflora B.L.Burtt is reduced to synonymy under C. poulsenii. Full descriptions of C. axillaris C.B.Clarke and C. microcarpa C.B.Clarke are also given for the first time with the reduction of C. latens C.B.Clarke and C. dajakorum Kraenzl.

    Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 85/2021 JAWATANKUASA PENGURUSAN BENCANA NEGERI SARAWAK KENYATAAN MEDIA (26 MAC 2021) 1. LAPORAN HARIAN A. Status Kes COVID-19 Di Dalam Wad Hospital Dan Masih Di Bawah Pengawasan Perubatan (Kes Aktif) Hari ini terdapat 250 kes baharu yang telah pulih dan dibenarkan discaj iaitu dari Hospital Sibu (72), Hospital Miri (49), Hospital Bintulu (48), PKRC di bawah Hospital Kapit (28), PKRC Betong (25), Hospital Umum Sarawak (19), Hospital Sarikei (5), PKRC Serian (2), Hospital Sri Aman (1) dan PKRC Mukah (1). Ini menjadikan jumlah keseluruhan kes positif COVID-19 yang telah pulih atau dibenarkan discaj setakat hari ini adalah seramai 12,351 orang atau 81.39% dari jumlah keseluruhan kes COVID-19 di Sarawak. Manakala, 213 PUI baru telah dilaporkan dan tiada PUI yang masih menunggu keputusan ujian makmal. 1 Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 85/2021 B. Kes Baharu COVID-19. Hari ini terdapat 213 kes baharu COVID-19 dikesan di Sarawak. Daerah-daerah yang melaporkan kes adalah Daerah Bintulu (46), Miri (39), Sibu (35), Kuching (23), Serian (23), Kapit (14), Samarahan (11), Julau (8), Sarikei (6), Sri Aman (6), Limbang (1) dan Tebedu (1). Ini menjadikan jumlah keseluruhan meningkat kepada 15,176 kes. Daripada 213 kes baharu yang dilaporkan, seramai 31 orang telah menunjukkan tanda dan mengalami gejala jangkitan COVID-19 semasa saringan dijalankan. Manakala, seramai 178 orang kes atau yang dikesan adalah terdiri daripada individu yang telah diberikan arahan perintah kuarantin di pusat kuarantin yang telah disediakan. Mereka ini terdiri daripada 168 orang yang merupakan individu yang telah dikenalpasti sebagai kontak rapat kepada kes positif COVID-19, lima (5) orang individu yang baru balik dari kawasan berisiko tinggi (Import B) dan lima (5) orang adalah individu yang balik dari luar negara (Import A).

Penelitian telah menemukan tiga varian Melayu di kawasan ini, iaitu: (1) Dialek Melayu Sarawak (DMS); (2) Dialek Melayu Brunei (DMB); dan, (3) Bahasa Melayu Baram (BMB). Dari segi ciri linguistik, DMS di Lembah Baram dikenalpasti sama seperti golongan DMS lain di Sarawak, misalnya DMS Rejang, Saribas dan Kuching. DMB pula adalah kategori Subdialek Melayu Brunei yang memperlihatkan sistem tiga vokal. Makalah ini turut mengulas kajian Needham (1958) tentang BMB. Bahasa ini bersifat bahasa Pasar dan digunakan oleh suku-suku bumiputera bukan penutur dialek Melayu di sekitar Lembah Baram. Kata kunci: Dialek Melayu, dialek Melayu Brunei, Bahasa Melayu Baram, lembah Baram ABSTRACT This paper attempt to study the Malay dialects spoke in Baram River, Northern Sarawak. Three Malay dialects have been revealed in this area, namely (1) the Sarawak Malay Dialect (SMD) (2) Brunei Malay Dialect (BMD); and (3) Baram Malay (BM). Linguistically, the SMD in Baram river basin is identified as a sub- variant of SMD in Sarawak (similar to the Rejang, Saribas and Kuching dialect). The SMD, which only consists of three vowels, is categorized as the sub dialect of Brunei Malay. This paper also described the BM studied by Needham (1958).     Najib: Choose BN candidates to continue agendas for growth MalaysiaKini.com May 2nd , 2016 S'WAK POLLS Voters in Sarawak must choose the right candidate as their respecive state assemblyperson from a party like BN which has the capability and capacity to support development agendas in the state, said Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak. He said voters must weigh the overall performance of a party's track record and strength to ensure the chosen candidate can continue development that is required in their respective constituencies. Najib, who is also the BN chairperson, stressed that the development agenda, economic progress and stability can only be brought about by a party that is strong and stable and not one that is weak and one that lacked stability. "The strength of a party does not come from an individual but from the foundation of a party. My position as the BN chairman and Tok Nan (Chief Minister Adenan Satem) are strong and stable because of the party, not individual," he said. When a party is strong, the administration is smooth and the government can carry out programmes that benefit the people effectively, he said when speaking to the people at Dataran Bandar Saratok, Betong, situated about 300km from Kuching. Najib also urged the voters to pick a candidate who can listen to the pulse of the people and able to channel their demands to the party effectively. "If BN is voted in the May 7 polls, it means the voters have chosen a government that has an agenda to carry out development agendas for the people.
