Shu nuqtai nazardan, elektron axborot ta’lim resursi va virtual laboratoriyalar ishlab chiqish, boʻlajak mutaxassislarda kasbiy faoliyatga oid oʻquv-tarbiya jarayonini samarali tashkil etishning shakl, metod va vositalari, yangi pedagogik va axborot texnologiyalarini oʻquv jarayoniga qoʻllash metodlari, “Tarmoq texnologiyalari” fanidan oʻquv jarayoni uchun oʻquv-uslubiy taʻminotlarni yaratish dolzarb hisoblanadi. Monografiyada “Tarmoq texnologiyalari” fanini o’qitishni takomillashtirishning ilmiy - pedagogik asoslari tahlil qilingan bo’lib, uni amalga oshirish uchun quyidagi vazifalar belgilandi: − xorijiy va vatanimiz olimlarining pedagogik va ilmiy – metodik manbalari tahlili asosida pedagogika oliy ta'lim muassasalarida “Tarmoq texnologiyalari” fani mazmuni va o‘qitish modelini takomillashtirish; − SMART – texnologiyalar asosida tashkil etiladigan integratsiyalashgan o‘quv muhitida “Tarmoq texnologiyalari” fanini o‘qitish metodikasini ishlab chiqish; − talabalarning “Tarmoq texnologiyalari” faniga oid bilim, ko‘nikma va kasbiy kompetensiyalarini baholash metodikasini o‘quv 5 jarayonini nazorat qilish va monitoringini olib borishning zamonaviy usullarini qo‘llash asosida aniqlashtirish; − “Tarmoq texnologiyalari” fanini o‘qitishning metodik asoslarini «Flipped classroom» modeli yordamida takomillashtirish va samaradorligini pedagogik tajriba-sinov orqali tekshirib ko‘rish. Monografiyaning yakuniy natijalaridan oliy va o‘rta maxsus ta’lim vazirligi tasarrufidagi oliy ta’lim muassasalarida “Tarmoq texnologiyalari” fanini o‘qitishda zamonaviy ta’lim usullarini joriy etishda foydalanish mumkin. 6 I BOB. “TARMOQ TEXNOLOGIYALARI” FANINI O‘QITISHDA SMART-TEXNOLOGIYALARIDAN FOYDALANISHNING NAZARIY JIHATIDAN ASOSLANISHI § 1.1. SMART-texnologiyalar ta’lim samaradorligini oshirish vositasi sifatida Jahonda axborot makonining globallashuvi, ochiqligi va ommaviy kommunikatsiyaning kuchayishi integratsiyalashgan ta’lim muhitida ta’lim oluvchilarning kasbiy va ijodiy rivojlanishini ta’minlash imkoniyatlarini kengaytirmoqda. Ta’lim sohasidagi rivojlanish tendensiyalari axborotlashgan jamiyatda o‘qitishning zamonaviy didaktik vositalarini kengroq joriy etish va ularning samaradorligini yanada oshirishning dolzarbligini ko‘rsatmoqda. Dunyo hamjamiyatida YUNESKOning “O‘qituvchilarning axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari bo‘yicha kompenentligini rivojlantirish” dasturi [135] va “Yevropa Kengashi mamlakatlarining 2020 yilga qadar ta’lim va kadrlarni kasbiy tayyorlash sohasidagi Hamkorlik strategiyasi” [136] asosida keng ko‘lamli amaliy ishlar amalga oshirilmoqda. Bugungi kunda elektron ta’limning takomillashgan shakli bo‘lib hisoblangan Smart-ta’lim (smart-education) jadal rivojlanmoqda. Yevropada Smart - ta’lim tamoyilida «Yagona Yevropa universiteti» ni shakllantirish dasturi, AQSH da ushbu o‘n yillikda Smart - ta’lim falsafasida ta’limda katta inqilob yaratish dasturi [137], Janubiy Koreyadagi SMART Education – raqamli darsliklar tashabbusi va KERIS – edunet tizimi [133], IBM – aqlli sayyora uchun ta’lim konsepsiyasi [141], Xitoy PLS (Personal Learning Space) modeli tizimi[140], Rossiyadagi Moskva, Omsk, Perm, Qozon universitetlarida “Aqlli universitet” [139] shakllanmoqda. Mamlakatimizda esa O‘zbekiston Respublikasini yanada rivojlantirish bo‘yicha Harakatlar strategiyasida «oliy ta’lim muassasalari faoliyatining sifati hamda samaradorligini oshirish, intellektual rivojlangan, mustaqil fikrlaydigan, qat’iy hayotiy nuqtai nazarga ega, Vatanga sodiq yoshlarni tarbiyalash» ustivor masala qilib qo‘yilgan [5]. Srirama, Mohamed Faten Zhani Abstract Fog/edge computing, function as a service, and programmable infrastructures, like software-defined networking or network function virtualisation, are becoming ubiquitously used in modern Information Technology infrastructures. These technologies change the characteristics and capabilities of the underlying computational substrate where ser- vices run (e.g. higher volatility, scarcer computational power, or programmability). As a consequence, the nature of the services that can be run on them changes too (smaller codebases, more fragmented state, etc.). These changes bring new requirements for service orchestrators, which need to evolve so as to support new scenarios where a close interaction between service and infrastructure becomes essential to deliver a seamless user experience. Here, we present the challenges brought forward by this new breed of technologies and where current orchestration techniques stand with regards to the new challenges. Introduction There is a new breed of technologies that are becoming mainstream in current Information Technology (IT) infras- tructures. Fog computing aims to partially move services from core cloud data centres into the edge of the network [1]. Thus, edge devices are increasingly becoming an essential part of the IT infrastructure that extends from core cloud data centres to end user devices, allowing some management functions to be offloaded to the vicinity of sensors and other user devices, while heavy analytics can still happen in the cloud, possibly on aggregated data [2].
