    LES CHRONIQUES DE L’ALBUM SOLAR RUST LEMON MAG mars 2013 Malgré leur nom, leur accent parfait et leurs chansons qui semblent tout droit venues de l’Est américain, les Leo Seeger sont nantais. Derrière ce nom en hommage à Pete Seeger, pionnier de la folk dont se revendiquent également Bruce Springsteen et Bod Dylan, se cache en effet un talentueux auteur compositeur qui s’est entouré depuis maintenant quatre années de musiciens expérimentés de la scène nantaise, et notamment James Wood, anglais vivant à Nantes et qui a joué aux côtés des plus grands (Fairport Convention, Roger Hodgson de Supertramp, Les Holroyd de Barclay James Harvest, Dan Ar Braz ou encore Tri Yann). Ce troisième album est celui que nous attendions des nantais, abouti, restituant enfin l’ampleur du talent fourni à de très nombreuses reprises sur les scènes locales. Un album nourri d’influences folk, rock, pop et psychédélique, pur concentré de pop suave aux harmonies et compos toutes en finesse. Des ballades mid-tempo et terriblement enjôleuses mais qui enfin ici ne se limitent pas à une simple synthèse des 60’s ou 70’s, mais qui impose sa propre signature…A classer entre Neil Young et Minor Majority.
