Podpora Rozvoje Cestovního Ruchu Zdravotně Postižených Osob Ve Spojeném Království Velké Británie a Severního Irska Podpora rozvoje cestovního ruchu zdravotně postižených osob ve Spojeném království Velké Británie a Severního Irska Prohlašuji, že předložená bakalářská práce je původní a zpracovala jsem ji samostatně. Prohlašuji, že citace použitých pramenů je úplná, že jsem v práci neporušila autorská práva (ve smyslu zákona č. 121/2000 Sb., o právu autorském, o právech souvisejících s právem autorským a o změně některých zákonů, v platném znění, dále též „AZ“). Souhlasím s umístěním bakalářské práce v knihovně VŠPJ a s jejím užitím k výuce nebo k vlastní vnitřní potřebě VŠPJ. Byla jsem seznámena s tím, že na mou bakalářskou práci se plně vztahuje AZ, zejména § 60 (školní dílo). Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat systém podpory cestovního ruchu zdravotně postižených osob ve Spojeném království Velké Británie a Severního Irska a komparovat jej se systémem sociálního cestovního ruchu v České republice. Práce poukazuje na specifické požadavky zdravotně postižených osob jako návštěvníků v sociálním cestovním ruchu ve Spojeném království Velké Británie a Severního Irska. Věnuje pozornost programům podpory sociálního cestovního ruchu v zemi. Práce podává návrhy možností podpory sociálního cestovního ruchu využitelné v podmínkách České republiky. Svým obsahem přispívá bakalářská práce k rozšíření teoretických základů o problematice sociálního cestovního ruchu a jeho podpory. Klíčová slova Nástroje podpory sociálního cestovního ruchu. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the system of tourism support for disabled people in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and to compare it with the system of social tourism in the Czech Republic. The thesis points out specific requirements of disabled people in social tourism in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. It pays attention to support programs of social tourism in the country. The thesis submits suggestions on the possibility of promoting social tourism usable in the Czech Republic. Its content bachelor's thesis contributes to the expansion of the theoretical foundations of the issue of social tourism and its promotion. Key words Disabled people. Instruments of social tourism.     Dear Consultee PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON THE PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE DOMESTIC SAFETY MANAGEMENT REGIME Introduction In 2001 Domestic Safety Management (DSM) was introduced by the Merchant Shipping (Domestic Passenger Ships) (Safety Management Code) Regulations 2001 (Statutory Instrument, SI 2001/3209). The DSM Code requires operators of domestic passenger ships to have a safety management system tailored to their specific operations. This safety management system should include: A health and safety policy Procedures to ensure the safe operation of ships with relevant duties Lines of communication between personnel ashore and afloat Procedures for reporting accidents Procedures for responding to emergency situations The DSM Code was developed to establish a common standard for the safe operation of passenger ships engaged on domestic (operating only in UK waters) trade and it applies to ships of Classes III, IV, V, VI and VI(A)1 and those certified under the Merchant Shipping (Passenger Ships) (Safety Code for UK Categorised Waters) Regulations 20102 (SI 2010/680). The objectives of safety management require the shipping company to apply simple and cost effect means of ensuring safety on board ships; preventing human injury and loss of life; and complying with applicable regulations and rules. No two ship operations are the same, and ships vary significantly in size and are employed under a wide range of different locations and conditions. The general principles to the safe operation of ships are consistent however, and can be expressed in such terms that they can be applied to a wide variety of ships. The proposed changes and rationale Existing legislation requires each UK domestic passenger ship to be audited for compliance with the DSM Code twice each year, whereas UK internationally operating passenger ships are only audited for compliance with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code twice in every five year period.
