The Trump-Russia Collusion Case
The Trump-Russia Collusion Case Updated to August 2020 Source: http://www.scaruffi.com/politics/trumptraitor.html For those who have been following this page for a while: my main target is not Trump, my target is Putin. Putin, not Trump, is the most dangerous person in the world. Trump is just a lackey, a small-time crook and bit-time liar whom Putin is using to attack the USA. The problem is not that there is no evidence of Trump-Putin collusion, the problem is that there is too much of it. I have added some background about the motive of Russia's interference in US politics. In my opinion, it was not only a general attempt at undermining US institutions (that came later) but originally it was a determined effort to make sure that Hillary Clinton did not become president. Putin feared her more than anyone else. For those who have NOT followed this page from the beginning: this website was one of the first to talk about the Trump-Russia collusion at a time when few dared mention the Steele dossier. Just to be very clear: this is not about whether Russia's interference changed the results of the election (i personally think that the FBI investigation into Clinton's email server had a much bigger impact). It is about Putin's strategy to attack the USA, and, secondly, it is about the extent of Trump's collaboration with Putin. And, just to be fair, Putin's Russia is not the only country that ever interfered in US politics. -

Corporate and Foreign Interests Behind White House Push to Transfer U.S
Corporate and Foreign Interests Behind White House Push to Transfer U.S. Nuclear Technology to Saudi Arabia Prepared for Chairman Elijah E. Cummings Second Interim Staff Report Committee on Oversight and Reform U.S. House of Representatives July 2019 oversight.house.gov EXECUTIVE SUMMARY On February 19, 2019, the Committee on Oversight and Reform issued an interim staff report prepared for Chairman Elijah E. Cummings after multiple whistleblowers came forward to warn about efforts inside the White House to rush the transfer of U.S. nuclear technology to Saudi Arabia. As explained in the first interim staff report, under Section 123 of the Atomic Energy Act, the United States may not transfer nuclear technology to a foreign country without the approval of Congress in order to ensure that the agreement meets nine nonproliferation requirements to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons. These agreements, commonly known as “123 Agreements,” are typically negotiated with career experts at the National Security Council (NSC) and the Departments of State, Defense, and Energy. The “Gold Standard” for 123 Agreements is a commitment by the foreign country not to enrich or re-process nuclear fuel and not to engage in activities linked to the risk of nuclear proliferation. During the Obama Administration, Saudi Arabia refused to agree to the Gold Standard. During the Trump Administration, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) went further, proclaiming: “Without a doubt, if Iran developed a nuclear bomb, we will follow suit as soon as possible.” There is strong bipartisan opposition to abandoning the “Gold Standard” for Saudi Arabia in any future 123 Agreement. -

Read the latest, here. WASHINGTON — Convinced that the deputy attorney general, Rod J. Rosenstein, was ready to resign after the revelation that he suggested President Trump was unfit for the job, senior White House aides got to work last weekend installing a replacement. Matthew G. Whitaker, the chief of staff to Attorney General Jeff Sessions, would become the acting No. 2 official at the Justice Department, his White House counterpart, John F. Kelly, told him over the phone on Saturday morning, according to two people briefed on the call. To the White House, he was an obvious choice: a confident former college football player and United States attorney whom Mr. Kelly has privately described as the West Wing’s “eyes and ears” in a department the president has long considered at war with him. By late Monday morning, the plan was moot. Mr. Rosenstein was no longer committed to resigning, at least without assurances he was doing so on amicable terms with the president. -

Administration of Donald J. Trump, 2019 Remarks Prior to a Meeting
Administration of Donald J. Trump, 2019 Remarks Prior to a Meeting With Senior Military Leaders and an Exchange With Reporters April 3, 2019 The President. Well, thank you very much. It's a great honor to be with our military leaders. These are tremendous folks. We've had a tremendous year. We've been on the cusp of doing something, and we are on the cusp of doing something very important. We're rebuilding our military like probably never before. Seven hundred billion dollars approved my first year, seven hundred and sixteen my second year. And I don't know even if these great generals and admirals know, but we're asking for $750 billion. And tremendous progress has been made. You know also about 100 percent of the caliphate in Syria that's taken place as of a few days ago. And these are incredible warriors, incredible fighters, and it's my really tremendous honor to be with you all. And we're going over—after this, we're going to go have a quick dinner over at the White House. But we've been doing this once a year. We meet more often than that, but we've been doing the dinners once a year. We talk about a lot of different things, and a lot of good ideas comes out. And it's great to be with you all. And I want to thank the media. You've been extremely gracious over the last 2 days. The rest of the term, I would say not as good, but that's okay. -
Experts Say Conway May Have Broken Ethics Rule by Touting Ivanka Trump'
From: Tyler Countie To: Contact OGE Subject: Violation of Government Ethics Question Date: Wednesday, February 08, 2017 11:26:19 AM Hello, I was wondering if the following tweet would constitute a violation of US Government ethics: https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/829356871848951809 How can the President of the United States put pressure on a company for no longer selling his daughter's things? In text it says: Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump My daughter Ivanka has been treated so unfairly by @Nordstrom. She is a great person -- always pushing me to do the right thing! Terrible! 10:51am · 8 Feb 2017 · Twitter for iPhone Have a good day, Tyler From: Russell R. To: Contact OGE Subject: Trump"s message to Nordstrom Date: Wednesday, February 08, 2017 1:03:26 PM What exactly does your office do if it's not investigating ethics issues? Did you even see Trump's Tweet about Nordstrom (in regards to his DAUGHTER'S clothing line)? Not to be rude, but the president seems to have more conflicts of interest than someone who has a lot of conflicts of interests. Yeah, our GREAT leader worrying about his daughters CLOTHING LINE being dropped, while people are dying from other issues not being addressed all over the country. Maybe she should go into politics so she can complain for herself since government officials can do that. How about at least doing your jobs, instead of not?!?!? Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess it's just easier to do nothing, huh? Sincerely, Russell R. Mueller Investigated Former Lebanese Phalangist, Trump Advisor, for Ties to Egyptian Dictator
Mueller Investigated Former Lebanese Phalangist, Trump Advisor, for Ties to Egyptian Dictator By Richard Silverstein Region: Middle East & North Africa, USA Global Research, June 01, 2020 Theme: History, Intelligence Tikun Olam 30 May 2020 In-depth Report: U.S. Elections The ranks of Republican consultants are filled by hoaxsters, swindlers and crooks. In the era of Trump, this phenomenon has become even more pronounced. One of them isWalid Phares, a former ideological commissar for the Lebanese Phalangist militia which warred against the Muslim forces during the Civil War. Phares was the burning spear of the Maronite Christians in its fight to the death with their Muslim enemies. He allied himself with the most savage and brutal of the Christian milita leaders. At the time, he advocated a separate Christian state for Lebanon’s Christians. He even specified that it should be located in southern Lebanon, which would of course mean the expulsion of the Muslim population that occupied these lands. Phares also lobbied Israel intensively to prolong its support of the South Lebanon Army, which acted for years as Israel’s proxy in the south. He failed in these efforts and, using the contacts he had developed among conservative Christians and Republicans lobbying for the Phalange, he moved to the U.S. in the early 1990s. Here he again allied himself with some of the vilest Islamophobes in the country including Pamela Geller, Frank Gaffney, and Briget Gabriel. But unlike them, he cultivated powerful contacts in the GOP and the evangelical Christian community, which led to increasing influence in national politics. -
AARC Letter to Jared Kushner
May 5, 2020 Mr. Jared Kushner Senior Advisor to the President The White House 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20500 Dear Mr. Kushner: The American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) and its Board of Medical Advisors applaud the Administration’s recent action to increase the number of ventilators needed by hospitals throughout the country to combat the novel coronavirus. At a time when infections increase daily and deaths continue to rise, we need to do everything we can to save as many lives as possible. While these live-saving devices are an essential commodity during this pandemic, equally important is the need to ensure they meet certain standards to maximize efficiency in treating the critically ill, such as those outlined in evidence-based medicine published by the American College of Chest Physicians titled “Surge Capacity Logistics, Care of the Critically Ill and Injured During Pandemics and Disasters: CHEST Consensus Statement” (CHEST 2014; 146(4_Suppl):e17S-e43S). Recently purchased ventilators represent 14 different models and, while it is the role of the AARC to ensure respiratory therapists are thoroughly trained and knowledgeable of the different components, less variation could speed up the process to ensure they meet the needs of critical care patients. That is why we believe it is vital the Administration use the expertise of the AARC in an advisory role moving forward in any decisions that impact access to ventilators. The AARC is a national professional organization with membership of over 45,000 respiratory therapists and whose organizational activities impact over 150,000 practicing respiratory therapists across the country.
