The analysis is based on multiple methods and data sources, aiming to connect the production and reception of magazine journalism to the texts of magazines. This article will identify and discuss five key trends: fragmentation, digitalization, Nordic inspiration, redefinition of the political and beautification. The trends are discussed in light of public sphere theory and selected orientations in Nordic journalism research. Studiens syfte är främst att undersöka hur företaget Aller media och dess affärsmodeller påverkats av digitaliseringen. För att ta reda på detta har inledningsvis två kvalitativa intervjuer genomförts med två chefer på Aller media. Intervjuerna har sedan kompletterats med en webbenkät som besvarades av Aller medias anställda. Resultatet från datainsamlingsmetoderna visar att digitaliseringen haft en påtaglig påverkan på Aller media med både positiva och negativa konsekvenser. Sammantaget har Aller media anpassat sig väl sedan digitaliseringen och har med anammandet av nya digitala affärsmodeller lagt en bra grund för att vara fortsatt relevanta i en alltmer digitaliserad framtid.     SILICON VALLEY och makten över medierna SILICON VALLEY Tidningarnas intäkter från den gamla finansieringsmodellen, där annonser i den tryckta tidningen spelade en central roll, sjunker som en sten. I nyhetsarbetet har sociala medier integrerats i det dagliga arbetet och ”tidningen på frukostbordet” har i hög grad ersatts av ”mobilen i fickan” – vilka nyheter som lockar till läsning registreras och analyseras i form av användardata.     Aller – One Company, Multiple Countries The Client Headquartered in Copenhagen, Aller Media is the leading publisher of magazines and newspapers in the Nordic region with a weekly circulation of approximately 3.2 million copies. They publish many women’s titles, but also have children and general adult titles. Aller Media, continuing their move from traditional print to new media platforms, were the first to put all their magazines and weeklies on the iPad and the iPhone. The company traces its beginning back to 1873, but Aller is anything but stuck in the past. The Unfulfilled Need With the company’s commitment to innovation and ideas, they needed a system that would be flexible and agile enough to handle their growth. Their aging system was not up to the task. They also had decided to merge the Denmark, Sweden and Finland operations onto one system, so it had to work for all three groups as well. The Partnership After an extensive search, they unanimously chose AdvantageCS, and the long-term project began. The three countries had many different practices and procedures, and consensus had to be reached before implementing. In addition, there were 50+ integrations that had to be developed. Denmark was the first to go live, followed by Sweden and then Finland. The Result The 18-month project was officially completed when Finland went live. By challenging each selected coach to set at team of women with fewer opportunities and share their experiences and approaches, we aim to accelerate and expand our knowledge of how to reverse the unfortunate trend towards gender and socially determined inactivity in populations. Our goal for this EU Online & Social Media Campaign was share about coaches, their work, the teams in order to create new images of women being active by featuring all types of women in action on and off the pitch and in their communities.
