At Honningsvåg, you can join an excursion that features breakfast at North Cape and the discovery of hidden parts of Finnmark along the way. We continue south to Øksfjord. In winter, our crew teaches you how to tie maritime knots on deck. After crossing open water, we make a brief stop at the old trading post of Skjervøy. We then dock at Tromsø, just in time to enjoy a magical midnight concert at the Arctic Cathedral. Experience history, beautiful scenery and a selection of breathtaking sites that include a visit to Trondenes Church, one of Norway’s premier cultural heritage sites from the late Middle Ages. Those who choose to stay on board can admire views of this old church as we sail towards the Risøyrenna, a shallow 7m-deep channel made especially for Hurtigruten in the 1920s to provide an ‘inside route’ between Harstad and Sortland. The sand banks along the Risøyrenna are visible through the clear, green water. The island groups of Lofoten and Vesterålen offer some of the most stunning scenery you will see during the entire coastal voyage. The Lofoten region is renowned for its natural beauty with steep mountains, wild nature and small, picturesque fishing villages. The daylight sailing route through the Lofoten Islands is a highlight for many of our guests. We then cruise Trollfjord, only 2 km long and 100 m wide, surrounded by majestic mountains. Day 9 (cont.) If the weather and time permit – the captain makes a detour into the fjord. Steep cliffs hug the ship´s sides and the dramatic landscape conjures fairy tale images of an imaginary land of trolls. Later, from Svolvær, we continue on to Stamsund, where we see the majestic peaks of the huge Lofoten wall. We leave Lofoten during the evening and set course for the mainland. Today we celebrate the event out on deck with a `taste´ of Arctic tradition – a spoonful of cod liver oil. As we sail along the Helgeland coast, you pass hundreds of islets, fertile farmland and steep granite walls rich in local lore. Another highlight is sailing past the Seven Sisters mountain range. All seven mountains are between 900 and 1,100 m high, and it is easy to understand how these ‘ladies’ influenced ancient myths. Next we make a short stop at Nesna, an idyllic old trading post before moving on to Sandnessjøen. Ship: MS Nordlys, MS Polarlys, MS Nordkapp, MS Trollfjord or MS Spitsbergen Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner Day 11 Trondheim Trondheimsfjord Kristiansund Ålesund Today provides an opportunity to explore the city of Trondheim. Back on board, the ship heads out into the majestic Trondheimsfjord, which is 170 km long and up to 25 km wide. Like all other Norwegian fjords, it is deep, plunging to 577 m. As we sail along the coast, you realise the importance of fish to Norwegian coastal communities. Kristiansund’s location has steadily provided the town with a wealth of opportunities in the fishing, shipbuilding and oil industries. Day 11 (cont.) Kristiansund is today regarded as Norway’s ‘dried cod capital’ because of its long-time export of salted dry fish. Another interesting excursion is to the Bergtatt marble mine, which includes entering a mountain and sailing across an illuminated subterranean lake, before enjoying a meal in the mine´s ‘Grand Hall’. In winter, you can enjoy beautiful scenery under the stars as you mingle with sledge dogs and experience the thrill of ice fishing. Together with a sledge team of Alaskan huskies, you take a memorable ride into the winter forest, stopping along the way to ice fish on a lake.

    Third quarter report 2020 Hurtigruten Group AS Consolidated Interim Financial Statements Third quarter 2020 Published 26 November 2020 1 Third Quarter 2020 Summary From 16th of June, operations were gradually resumed when 4 ships started operating in the Coastal segment and another 2 ships added in July and August. 1 Expedition ship starting operations out of Hamburg on the 26th of June while 2 others started operations end of July. With the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic increasing in magnitude and new travel restrictions being imposed Hurtigruten have temporarily suspend most of the operations. From October 2020 we have only operate 2 ships in a shortened route in Northern Norway. Revenue ytd. September 30th 2020 was down 52.1% to EUR 230.4 million (same period in 2019: EUR 480.8 million) • Ytd. September 30th 2020 normalized EBITDA excluding other gains and losses of EUR 11.78 million (same period in 2019; EUR 137.107 million) Revenue in Q3 2020 was EUR 58.8 million (Q3 2019: EUR 197.3 million). • Q3 2020 normalized EBITDA before other gains and losses of negative EUR 3.47 million (Q3 2019; EUR 72.69 million) Hurtigruten had a cash burn rate in Q3 of approx. EUR 12m per month before working capital and customer refunds As of 30th of September Hurtigruten had a liquidity position of approximately EUR 124 million of cash • In Q3 Hurtigruten received EUR 8m in Covid-19 grants and EUR 14m in Covid-19 government backed loans • In Q4 2020 and Q1 2021 Hurtigruten is expected to receive additional grants from the Norwegian Government from Covid-19 compensation schemes of a total of EUR 27m We are of the opinion that the travel pattern will resume gradually in 2021 with the projected distribution of vaccines and that we are back to a more normal state of operations in 2H 2021 2021 Pre-booking levels for 2H 2021 is developing better than planned and is as of 25st of November at the same time as last year.

Min bakgrunn for valg av tema er hovedsakelig grunnet i en sterk iboende interesse for økonomi- og verdsettingsfaget. Fagdisiplinen verdivurdering av foretak sammenføyer stort sett alle fag som har inngått i mitt 5-årige studium. Blant annet vil kunnskaper og erfaringer fra fag innen økonomisk analyse, finans, bedriftsøkonomi, regnskap, samt ledelse og strategi stå sentralt i studien. Dette gjør dermed verdivurdering til et svært godt mål på bredden i det en siviløkonom skal kunne beherske. Ved valg av objekt for verdivurderingen, var det flere forhold som gjorde nettopp Hurtigruten ASA interessant for meg. Selskapet er en stor nasjonal aktør med lange tradisjoner i landet og Nord-Norge spesielt. Også i min familie, der flere av mine forfedre har hatt sitt arbeid på selskapets skip. Arbeidet med studien har vært svært utfordrende og lærerikt. Samtidig har arbeidet vært større og mer krevende enn det jeg hadde forventet.
