I fully recognised that we live in a most beautiful location, only made possible by the fact that we live in land farmed by farmers the whole way along the Ouse valley. The viability, therefore, of those farming businesses underpins our continued enjoyment. This application supports that effort, recognises other disparate interested parties, enhances village life, adds nothing to traffic on the C7 whilst making ingress and exit of the farm safer. I have viewed the site from the South Downs Way above Iford and also across the valley from Beddingham Hill, as well as from the C7 at Northease and consider the visual impact negligible especially given the proposed tree planting. I support this application.
