Comment entretenir sa TVR Griffith / Chimaera SOMMAIRE Préface Introduction Un petit morceau d’histoire Essai d’une TVR Griffith 500 L’entretien d’une TVR Griffith ou Chimaera L’entretien des 6000 miles (10.000 km ou chaque année) 1) Test routier préliminaire 2) Dévisser les écrous de roues, lever l’auto et retirer les roues 3) Vérifier le serrage des boulons du carter d’huile 4) Vidanger l’huile. Remplir avec de l’huile neuve. Mettre en place un nouveau filtre à huile et un nou- veau joint de bouchon de vidange 5) Vérifier le bon serrage des cache-culbuteurs 6) Vérifier l’état des reniflards du moteur 7) Vérifier et remplacer si nécessaire les courroies 8) Inspecter le radiateur et le système de refroidissement 9) Vérifier le niveau et l’état du liquide de refroidissement. Compléter si nécessaire 10) Vérifier les éventuelles fuites du système de direction assistée (lorsqu’il est installé) 11) Vérifier le niveau de liquide hydraulique d’assistance de direction, compléter si nécessaire (modèle équipé de l’assistance de direction) 12) Changer les bougies x8 13) Vérifier le distributeur et les fils de bougie pour détecter d’éventuelles détériorations 14) Vérifier la bonne fixation des boulons des collecteurs d’échappement 15) Vérifier les conduites de frein et d’essence pour détecter des fuites 16) Vérifier/compléter le niveau du liquide de frein 17) Vérifier/compléter le niveau de liquide d’embrayage 18) Vérifier le filtre à air (nettoyer si nécessaire) 19) Retirer et nettoyer le moteur pas à pas de ralenti 20) Vérifier et lubrifier la -
