Rexford Drive, Beverly Hills, California, will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of: A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEVERLY HILLS AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE SCHEDULE OF TAXES, FEES & SERVICE CHARGES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2011/2012. The proposed resolution will increase the taxes, fees, and service charges that are charged to the public for the various activities and services as set forth in the schedule for fiscal year 2011/2012. The majority of the fees and charges would be increased by 0.7% based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for November 2010 to reflect the increase in the City’s costs. In some cases, the fees were adjusted to reflect a change in service level, more equitable distribution of costs, or to obtain full-cost recovery, rather than by the CPI. The fees would become effective on July 1, 2011. Copies of the proposed Resolution and the Fee Study Report are available for review or purchase in the Office of the City Clerk, Room 290, 455 N.
