Statement of Jessica Drake Statement of Jessica Drake 10 years ago, I was working for Wicked Pictures, an adult film company, at a golf tournament in Lake Tahoe. I was at Wicked’s booth when I met Donald Trump in the Celebrity Gift Room early in the morning before he teed off. He flirted with me and he invited me to walk on the golf course along with him, which I did. During that time, he asked me for my phone number, which I gave to him. Later that evening, He invited me to his room. I said I didn't feel right going alone, so two other women came with me. In the penthouse suite, I met Donald again. When we entered the room he grabbed each of us tightly in a hug and kissed each of us on the lips without asking for permission. He was wearing pajamas. A bodyguard was also present. He asked about my job as an adult film star, about details on shooting porn and asked each of us about our personal relationships and whether we were married or single. We answered his questions. It felt like an interview. After approximately 30-45 minutes, we left his room. After I returned to my room, I received a call from a man calling on Donald’s behalf. He said that Donald wanted me to come back upstairs to Donald’s suite. I indicated that I did not wish to return. Then Donald called. He asked me to return to his suite and to have dinner with him. He also invited me to a party. I declined. Donald then asked me “what do you want?” “How much?” I told him that I couldn’t, because I had to return to LA for work. I said that as an excuse because I didn’t want him to continue asking me to go to his room and I didn’t want to be with him. After that I received another call either from Donald or a male calling on his behalf offering me $10,000. I declined again and once more gave as an excuse that I had to return to Los Angeles for work. I was then told that Mr. Trump would allow me the use of his private jet to take me home if I accepted his invitation. I did relate my experience immediately afterward to some friends. Out of respect to the other parties involved and their families, I will not share their names. I am choosing to share my personal exchange in light of the recently released tapes to lend my voice, strength, and support to the other women who are coming forward. Cumulatively, his words and actions are a huge testament to his character- that of uncontrollable misogyny, entitlement, and being a sexual assault apologist. This is not acceptable behavior for ANYONE- much less a presidential candidate, and I realize I may be but a tiny grain of sand, but clearly this is an enormous beach. I am not looking for monetary compensation, I do not need additional fame or the type of attention this will bring. I understand that I may be called a liar or an opportunist, but I risk that in order to stand in solidarity with women who share similar accounts that span many, many years. SEXING THE MUELLER REPORT Ruthann Robson* I. INTRODUCTION Sexual indiscretion, misconduct, and deceit percolate throughout the extensive 2019 Report On The Investigation Into Russian Interference In the 2016 Presidential Election—known as the Mueller Report.1 President Trump’s sexual behaviors are certainly not the focus of the Mueller Report, which resulted from the Acting Attorney General’s appointment of Robert S. Mueller, III as Special Counsel for the United States Department of Justice to investigate “any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump,” and “any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation.”2 Volume I of the Mueller Report addresses Russian interference with the 2016 election and any Trump campaign links in approximately 200 pages. Volume II of the Mueller Report, which is slightly longer at 241 pages, focuses on the question of whether the president obstructed justice in connection with the Russia-related investigations, including presidential actions related to the Special Counsel’s investigation itself. Given its charge, it is both predictable and understandable that the Mueller Report only obliquely addresses President Trump’s sexual * © 2020, All rights Reserved. • Mean: an Analysis of Feminist & Mainstream Pornographies
1 But What Does “It” Mean: An Analysis of Feminist & Mainstream Pornographies Alexandra Summer Melnick Honors 2015 2 I. Introduction When I was six years old, I stumbled upon some Playboys in a closet. The sexual positions were completely in the periphery for me; what held my attention were the neon backgrounds. In retrospect it wasn’t only the bright backgrounds that held my attention; it was the idea of the bodies suspended in it, taken out of context, and reformatted in a way I’d never seen before. I was curious, in some ineffable six-year-old way, about what the magazines were for and what possibly they might have meant. Ever since then, I’ve been quietly obsessed with finding out the one thing my younger self lacked the faculty to ask: how do we talk and make stories about pornography? In this project, I am interested in how we talk and make stories about heterosexual non- fetish pornography that contains fellatio scenes. I chose fellatio scenes primarily because of the act has a large prevalence in heterosexual non-fetish pornography, but I also chose to use fellatio as a sample lens because it is fascinating from a cultural studies standpoint. Agency, the voice, and knowledge are articulated by the mouth, and thus to put genitals1 in a mouth or to have genitals placed in one’s mouth creates an interesting juxtaposition of cultural power2. Fellatio, being a site of social power and relation, can be conceptualized and portrayed in different ways based on the ideology and intentions of the context a text portraying fellatio it is created in.

TRUMP: TOWARD A MISOGYNY REPORT uthann obson* Abstract The numerous allegations of sexual misconduct—unwanted, unwelcome, often aggressive sexual behavior—levied against Donald Trump merit attention and redress. Despite obstacles to civil remedies, there has been some litigation, but it has mostly been unsatisfactory. The many allegations reported in the media have not been amenable to judicial, legislative, executive, or po- litical resolution. Women, including women who allege Trump committed sexual misconduct against them when they were mi- nors, have generally not been afforded the remedies to which they are entitled. Because litigation and media accounts have proven inade- quate to the task of addressing Trump’s sexual misconduct, there should be a government inquiry and resulting Report.

  • Into the Abyss™ Toward an Understanding of Sexual Technologies As Co-Actors in Techno-Social Networks
Into the Abyss™ Toward an understanding of sexual technologies as co-actors in techno-social networks Anne Moyerbrailean Supervisor's name: Jeffrey Christensen, Technology and Social Change, LiU Master’s Programme Gender Studies – Intersectionality and Change Master’s thesis 30 ECTS credits ISNR: LIU-TEMA G / GSIC2-A-18/007-SE ABSTRACT Much has been written recently in mainstream media about sex robots. However, due to the recent developments in this area of robotic and AI technologies, few academics have critically addressed these humanoid sexual technologies through the frameworks provided by Feminist Technoscience Studies. Through utilizing this critical lens, this thesis works with the tools of becoming-with (Haraway 2004a) and intra-action (Barad 2003) to explore the ways in which sexual technologies manufactured by American company Abyss Creations are co-actors in complicated material-semiotic networks. In line with Haraway (2004a) and Barad (2003), this thesis argues that realities are made through ongoing material-discursive practices, practices which are intra-actions of desire, bacteria, companionship, synthetic cognitive algorithms, capitalism, app programing, Wikipedia, and robo-human becoming-with and becoming-without. It is through these webs of becoming-with and –without that these technologies exhibit relational agency. This thesis argues to view Abyss Creation’s sex robots in a framework of relational co-construction is to begin improving our understandings of the complicated ways in which humans, nonhumans, technology, systems, and forces are co-actors in techno-social networks. Keywords: Abyss Creations, Feminist Technoscience Studies, RealDoll, Sex Robots, Sexual Technologies 2 ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS Thank you, Jeff, for your upmost patience, support, guidance, and revision (and revision and revision…) of my thesis.
