TREVELO FARM THREE BURROWS, TRURO TR4 8HX

First time to the market since September 1931, this former farmhouse is tucked away at the end of a lane on the western fringe of Truro and features 4.5 acres of land with outbuildings. A stone built detached former farmhouse that was once two cottages.

After 90 years of family ownership, the property is now vacant and offers scope for further improvement and alteration. The house is set to one corner of the plot which totals approximately 4.5 acres comprising the house, its gardens, two equal size level pastures and a general yard area for parking turning and storage. Here there is a useful workshop, a dilapidated shed, a further implement shed and the remains of one of the collapsed block built buildings.
