REMARKABLE SPIRITS Single Malt Scotch, Glenlivet, Winchester, 1964 REMARKABLE SPIRITS Single Malt Scotch, Glenlivet, Winchester, 1964 Vintage, 50 Yr 990 Created from an american hogshead oak cask laid down to mature by captain bill smith-grant, the last distilling descendant of the glenlivet’s founder, george smith, on the 24th of april 1964. It was soon after singled out as a cask of exceptional promise and has been tended to under the watchful eye of no fewer than seven master distillers and is the result of their unrivalled knowledge, unwavering care and unfaltering craft. The intoxicating flavours of this decadent dram - luscious fruits of pear, orange and black cherry – are complemented by the sweet aroma of honeycomb with dark chocolate and a finish that lingers long on the palate and even longer in the memory. This is one of one hundred bottles released. Blended Scotch, Chivas Regal, Royal Salute, 62 Gun Salute 103 Launched in 1953 as a tribute to queen elizabeth ii on her coronation. Named after the gun salute fired from the tower of london every year to mark the queen's anniversary, this is a top of the range blend from chivas regal. All the whiskies that make up this fine blend are at least forty years old. Cognac, Louis XIII de Rémy Martin, Rare Cask 42,6 800 Rare cask possesses astonishing richness and intensity. At the heart of the composition are those prized autumn flavours of nuts and dried fruit – the long-aged flavours for which louis xiii is renowned. But a rare cask is also blessed with flavours that are all its own. Alongside those autumn aromas, louis xiii rare cask 42,6 declares its distinction with notes of plum and date, mingling with flavours of gingerbread and prune stone, punctuated by a final touch of tobacco leaf. Cognac, Louis XIII de Rémy Martin, Black Pearl Anniversary Ed. 630 Louis xiii black pearl is indeed described as flamboyant and elusive, transcending time with a glamorous design combining classicism and modernity. This unique crystal harbors at its heart a louis xiii cognac that was aged in the "c100-46" century-old tierçon – a fabulous witness to the century that has transpired. Hidden since 1960 in a cellar located at the heart of the grollet family estate, this extremely rare tierçon was one of the oldest in the family’s personal reserve. Cognac, Hennessy, Richard Hennessy 160 Rare and precious, this cognac is a product of man’s mastery over time. An unparalleled range of aromas gives richard hennessy its unique complexity. It is structured to achieve a perfect balance, and only once it is tasted does it reveal its true meaning. Powerful and unexpected, richard hennessy reaches heights that approach cognac perfection. Cognac, Louis XIII de Rémy Martin 115 Mr. Georges Clot, a former Louis XIII Cellar Master, used to say: “When you discover Louis XIII, you become a different man". This encounter will plunge you into a memorable labyrinth, into the maze of a suave and silky pleasure. There are more than 250 discrete flavors that an attentive taster might now identify, but never all on the same occasion. Each encounter with Louis XIII will be a fresh discovery. Cognac, Tesseron, Extreme 90 It is so rare that even specialists only speak of it as a memory of flavours long sought and never found. Velvety and supple on the palate, its exceptional mellowness is matched only by its infinitely complex depth. Its ''rancio'' nose, the result of long years of ageing in oak casks, is smooth and harmonious. It opens up in waves of countless secondary aromas, whose tones get stronger and stronger, and then ends with a nice, soft finish. Its exceptionally long-lingering taste is an irrefutable pledge of quality. Tequila, Clase Azul, Ultra 113 Quite literally in a league of its own, Clase Azul Ultra is the world's most luxurious tequila. The exclusive Clase Azul offering is only produced in numbered batches of 100 bottles, which are quickly purchased by collectors. Each bottle contains tequila that is aged for five years in previously used sherry wood casks from Spain which gives Clase Azul Ultra its unique refined character. pricing is per half ounce, poured tableside Warning: Drinking Distilled Spirits, Beer, Coolers, Wine and other alcoholic beverages may increase cancer risks, and during pregnancy, can cause birth defects.
