Effect of the Order: All measurements are taken as accurately as possible and are taken from the extended kerb line unless stated otherwise. 1. To introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Brentwood: Roman Road, Southeast side – from a point 12 metres southwest of its south-western junction (south- Ingatestone western kerb line) with Hare Bridge Crescent south-westwards for 5 metres. Southeast side – from a point 12 metres northeast of its south-western junction (north- eastern kerb line) with Hare Bridge Crescent north-eastwards for 10 metres. Southeast side – from a point 12 metres southwest of its north-eastern junction (south- western kerb line) with Hare Bridge Crescent south-westwards for 5 metres. Southeast side – from a point 12 metres northeast of its north-eastern junction (north- eastern kerb line) with Hare Bridge Crescent north-eastwards for 5 metres. Northwest side – from a point 10 metres northeast of its north-eastern junction (north- eastern kerb line) with Hare Bridge Crescent south-westwards for 5 metres. Northwest side – from a point 44 metres northeast of its north-eastern junction (north- eastern kerb line) with Hare Bridge Crescent north-eastwards for 5 metres. Hatch Road, South side – from a point 15 metres east of its junction with Daffodil Avenue westwards Pilgrims Hatch for 37 metres. Daffodil Both sides – from its junction with Hatch Road southwards for 15 metres. Avenue, Pilgrims Hatch Rayleigh Road, Northeast side – from a point 15 metres southeast of its junction with Goodwood Hutton Avenue north-westwards for 36 metres. Northeast side – from a point 15 metres southeast of its junction with Sunray Avenue north-westwards for 46 metres. Goodwood Both sides – from its junction with Rayleigh Road north-eastwards for 15 metres. Avenue, Hutton Sunray Both sides – from its junction with Rayleigh Road northwards for 15 metres. To introduce ‘No Stopping on Entrance Markings’ on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Brentwood: Sawyers Hall Southwest side – from a point 12 metres southeast of the south-eastern kerb line to the Lane, entrance of Grove House school north-westwards for 31.56 metres. Brentwood Southwest side – from a point 14 metres southeast of the south-eastern kerb line to the entrance of Becket Keys school north-westwards for 31.56 metres This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Brentwood Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by creating tile number TQ630 950 Rev 0 and substituting tile numbers TQ585 957 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TQ595 945 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TQ630 952 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TQ635 985 Rev 0 to Rev 1 and TQ640 985 Rev 0 to Rev 1. Date of operation: This Order will come into operation on 30 November 2020. Application to the High Court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose. The Amendment Order shall come into operation on the 30th day of November 2020 and may be cited as The Essex County Council (Brentwood Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-street parking places) (Civil Enforcement Area)) (Amendment No.4) Order 2020. 2.
