The Executive Officer, Kundrathur Town Panchayat Office, Kundrathur, Chennai. ---- The appellant Thiru S.Arulselvan, the Public Information Officer Tmt.P.Ramani, Headquarters Deputy Tahsildar, Sriperumpudur Taluk Office, Thiru S.Selvam, Assistant Director of Town Panchayats, Kancheepuram District and the Executive Engineer, Kundrathur Town Panchyat Office, Kundrathur are present for today’s enquiry. 2. In pursuance of the orders passed by this Commission dated 28.11.2013; further enquiry is taken up today. The appellant has sought for certain information in 22 items under Section 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 on 15.12.2012 relating to a property comprised in Survey No.152/25 in Tirunageswaram Village, Sriperumpudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. 3. In respect of query Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5, information have been furnished and the same are satisfactory to the appellant. 4. In respect of other query Nos.6 to 20, though the information have been furnished, the appellant would state that they are incomplete. The Executive Officer, Kundrathur Town Panchayat Office, Kundrathur, who is present for today's enquiry submits that he has taken charge of the present post only four days ago and as such he needs some more time to furnish complete information for the said queries. Accordingly, ten days time is granted. 5. In respect of query No.3, the appellant has sought for copies of the proceedings of survey made in respect of the property in S.No.152/25 in Tirunageswaram Village, Sriperumpudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and Enquiry Report of the RDO Kancheepuram pursuant to the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras in W.P.No.4556/2010. During the course of enquiry, the appellant says that the information furnished with regard to query No.3 is incomplete. Hence, the P.A. to R.D.O., Kancheepuram is directed to apply his mind to the information already furnished and find out in which respect, it is deficient and furnish complete information to the appellant in ten days from the date of receipt of this order. 6. In respect of query No.22, the appellant has sought for a copy of the notification under Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act VIII of 1923 published in the Tamil Nadu Gazette dated 16.10.1985 and section 13 published in Chengalpattu District Gazette, dated 07.10.1987 relating to the property in S.No.152/25 in Tirunageswaram Village, Sriperumpudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. The Assistant Settlement Officer (North) attached to the Office of the Additional Chief Secretary and Commissioner of Survey and Settlement, Chepauk, Chennai-5, by her letter dated 11.12.2013 under section 6(3) of the RTI Act, forwarded the petition to the Additional Director, Survey and Land Records, Chennai-5 to furnish information in respect of query No.22. The Additional Director, Survey and Land Records shall furnish the information to the appellant within 10 days from the date of receipt of this order. 7. The case is posted to 20.01.2014 at 11.00 A.M. The Executive Officer, Kundrathur Town Panchayat Office, the P.A. to R.D.O., Kancheepuram, the Additional Director of Survey and Land Records, Chepauk, Chennai-5 and the appellant shall come ready to attend the enquiry with all the relevant records on that day.
