Item No.1 to 5 mentioned above (Land and Building) will be sold in a single lot only.,by the Authorised Officer of Bank of Baroda for the purpose of realization of Secured Assets in exercise of the powers conferred on the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and the Rules thereunder. Till date, you have not made payment to the Bank towards discharge of your liabilities in full and hence we propose to sell the aforesaid immovable property on 24.12.2019. This Notice may be treated as the Notice of fifteen days (15 days) to you, informing that the aforesaid immovable property shall be sold by the Authorised Officer between 12.00 am to 1.00 noon on 24.12.2019 (online E-auction) .
