Extended Care Options In addition to classes and camps, the following Extended Care services are available. Program Fees Both our Early Room and Extended Day programs include free play, as well as organized activities. The charge for these programs is listed below. Fees for each class are listed within the class description. All fees include materials and student supplies. Lunch is included in the fee for full-day classes. Enrollment fees will be refunded in the manner that they were paid minus a $50 cancellation fee per class. Cancellations received after May 25 will not be eligible for any refund. Please understand that after May 25, we have made firm financial commitments to our faculty and staff, in addition to purchasing materials for the class. Frequently Asked Questions FIELD TRIP

Q: Do I have to sign a permission slip for transportation? answer: When enrolling your student, you will be asked to either grant or deny permission for Pembroke Hill to transport your student. If you do not want your student transported, then please understand that you will have to provide transportation or your child shouldn’t participate in the class. If the class has a field trip planned, we do not have accommodations for students who are not allowed to go on the trip.

Q: How are students transported? answer: Students enrolled in a class that has a field trip scheduled will be transported in a bus or one of the 12-passenger vans belonging to Pembroke Hill. Van drivers have gone through both a security and driving background check. Seat belts are always used, and booster seats are used when appropriate.

Q: What should my child wear to camp? answer: All children should wear cool, comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Parents are also encouraged to send sunscreen and a water bottle with their children each day.
