    Bosnia and Herzegovina Page 1 of 7 Bosnia and Herzegovina International Religious Freedom Report 2008 Released by the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor The Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and the entity Constitutions of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Federation) and the Republika Srpska (RS) provide for freedom of religion; the Law on Religious Freedom also provides comprehensive rights to religious communities. These and other laws and policies contributed to the generally free practice of religion. The Government generally respected religious freedom in practice. Government protection of religious freedom improved slightly during the period covered by this report; however, local authorities continued at times to restrict religious freedom of minority religious groups. Societal abuses and discrimination based on religious affiliation, belief, or practice persisted. Discrimination against religious minorities occurred in nearly all parts of the country. The number of incidents targeting religious symbols, clerics, and property in the three ethnic majority areas decreased. Local religious leaders and politicians contributed to intolerance and an increase in nationalism through public statements. Religious symbols were often misused for political purposes. A number of illegally constructed religious objects continued to cause tension and conflict in various communities. The U.S. Government discusses religious freedom with the Government and leaders from the four traditional religious communities and emerging religious groups as part of its overall policy to promote human rights and reconciliation. The U.S. Embassy supported religious communities in their efforts to acquire permits to build new religious structures. The Embassy also assisted religious communities regarding restitution of property and supported several exchange, speaking, and cultural programs promoting religious freedom.

    DANUBE POLLUTION REDUCTION PROGRAMME NATIONAL REVIEWS 1998 BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry in cooperation with the Programme Coordination Unit UNDP/GEF Assistance DANUBE POLLUTION REDUCTION PROGRAMME NATIONAL REVIEWS 1998 BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry in cooperation with the Programme Coordination Unit UNDP/GEF Assistance Preface The National Reviews were designed to produce basic data and information for the elaboration of the Pollution Reduction Programme (PRP), the Transboundary Analysis and the revision of the Strategic Action Plan of the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River (ICPDR). Particular attention was also given to collect data and information for specific purposes concerning the development of the Danube Water Quality Model, the identification and evaluation of hot spots, the analysis of social and economic factors, the preparation of an investment portfolio and the development of financing mechanisms for the implementation of the ICPDR Action Plan. For the elaboration of the National Reviews, a team of national experts was recruited in each of the participating countries for a period of one to four months covering the following positions: Socio-economist with knowledge in population studies, Financial expert (preferably from the Ministry of Finance), Water Quality Data expert/information specialist, Water Engineering expert with knowledge in project development. Each of the experts had to organize his or her work under the supervision of the respective Country Programme Coordinator and with the guidance of a team of International Consultants. The tasks were laid out in specific Terms of Reference. At a Regional Workshop in Budapest from 27 to 29 January 1998, the national teams and the group of international consultants discussed in detail the methodological approach and the content of the National Reviews to assure coherence of results.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING LOCAL PROJECT APPRAISAL COMMITTEE Project: Increasing resilience of Livno, Mrkonjić Grad and Maglaj Project ID: BHl0/00110813 Summary of the meeting Introduction Mr. Avdić, UNDP BiH Sector Leader for Energy and Environment initiated the meeting by informing all participants of the Local Programme Advisory Committee (LPAC) that Project "Increasing resilience of Livno, Mrkonjić Grad and Maglaj" received Endorsement of the Czech Government. Expected start of the Project is 15 August 2018. Mr. Avdic stressed out that presenting the project activities, methodology and implementation modalities to LPAC, is a formal precondition and underlined the importance of local partners role within this project. Presentation of the Project Document Project budget is EUR 100,000 and anticipated duration is 12 months starting from 15 August 2018 and ending on 14 August 2019. The project would use the Direct Implementation Modality (DIM). The Project Board will be comprised of the following institutions: Ministry of Security of BiH, Civil Protection Directorate/Administration of FBIH, Civil Protection Directorate/Administration of RS, the Czech Republic Humanitarian Aid and UNDP. Project would lean and build on vast and successful UNDP ORR efforts in the local communities. In particular, the project will be closely interlinked with all relevant on-going and planned ORR related projects to secure alignment of results, efficiency, avoid duplication of efforts and ensure contribution to overall strategic direction. Overall objective of the project is to strengthen disaster risk reduction (ORR) capacities at all government levels in BiH and citizens, with focus on vulnerable categories.

Pravilnika o unutrašnjoj organizaciji Federalnog ministarstva raseljenih osoba i izbjeglica, broj: 02-02-1967-11/18 od 04. mart 2019. godine, a u vezi sa objavljenim Javnim pozivom za refundiranje troškova poreza I doprinosa za uposlene povratnike na području entiteta Republika Srpska, broj: 03-32-3-65-1/20 od 14.4.2020. godine, a u skladu sa Procedurama za izbor potencijalnih učesnika u programu pomoći za refundiranje troškova poreza i doprinosa za uposlene povratnike na području entiteta Republika Srpska, broj: 03-32-3-65-2-2/20 od 22.5.2020.godine, na prijedlog Komisije za razmatranje prijava, imenovane Rješenjem broj: 03-32-3- 65-2/20 od 20.4.2020. godine, federalni ministar raseljenih osoba i izbjeglica, d o n o s i O D L U K U O UTVRĐIVANJU LISTE POTENCIJALNIH KORISNIKA POMOĆI po Javnom pozivu za refundiranje troškova poreza i doprinosa za uposlene povratnike na području entiteta Republika Srpska I Ovom odlukom vrši se ocjenjivanje prijavljenih kandidata po osnovu ispunjavanja/neispunjavanja uslova za učešće u programu refundiranja troškova poreza i doprinosa za uposlene povratnike na području entiteta Republika Srpska . II Lista potencijalnih korisnika pomoći koji ispunjavaju uslove iz Javnog poziva, raspoređeni prema općinama implementacije projekta, kako slijedi: ISPUNJENOST RED.BR.

It is our wish, considering the limited budget, to use all available resources to ensure the maximum amount of foreign direct investment especially for the development of businesses, investment ambient, rural development and increase of the employment rate. We have increased our capacities to prepare and implement projects, established the local action group (LAG) and extended our cooperation with the regional development agency (REZ Zenica). The key for the future of the municipality are strategic development projects from economic, social and environmental branches, as well as, the construction of: entrepreneurial zones, business incubators, wastewater management facility, central district heating, tourism and recreation infrastructure, increase of energy efficiency and the increase in agricultural production. It is important to continuously work on attracting investors which will introduce new technologies, strengthen labour capacities, new jobs, and connect farmers and others with the aim to create products that are competitive in domestic and foreign markets. I have to mention that I am especially proud of the citizens of Maglaj, who besides all hardships decide to stay and fight for a better tomorrow.

    Kako doći do Banja Luke? Automobilom - iz smjera Beograd: Beograd je od Banjaluke udaljen 350 km. Ukoliko, u Banjaluku, dolazite iz Beograda uključujete na auto put E70 prema zapadu i Zagrebu. Na 300-tom kilometru u mjestu Okučani izađite sa auto-puta i skrenite desno na putni pravac E661 i vozite južno prema graničnom prelazu Bosne i Hercegovine u Gradišci (11km). Od Gradiške nastavljate istim putnim pravcem E661 prema jugu do Banjaluke (50km). - - iz smjera Zagreb: Zagreb je od Banjaluke udaljen oko 180 km. Ukoliko u Banjaluku dolazite iz Zagreba, uključite se na auto-put E70 prema istoku i Beogradu. Na 106-tom kilometru od Zagreba, u mjestu Okučani, izađite sa auto-puta, te nakon naplatnih kućica skrenite na lijevo, na putni pravac E661 i vozite južno prema graničnom prelazu Bosne i Hercegovine u Gradišci (11km). Od Gradiške nastavljate istim putnim pravcem (E661) prema jugu do Banjaluke (50km). - - .iz smjera Sarajevo: Sarajevo je od Banjaluke udaljeno oko 250 km. Ukoliko, u Banjaluku, dolazite iz Sarajeva idite na sjeverozapad prema mjestu Kakanj i magistralnom putu E-73 te se na 60-tom kilometru odlučite između dva različita putna pravca koja vode do Banjaluke. Prvi (bolji i duži) put nastavlja putnim pravcem E73 prema sjeveru i mjestima Zenica i Maglaj a na 17-om kilometru nakon Doboja, skrećete lijevo i nastavljate put prema Derventi, Prnjavoru i Klašnicama. U Klašnicama (nakon mosta) skrećete lijevo i uključujete se na magistralni put M16 (E661) i nastavljate voziti 16 km južno za Banjaluku. Drugim, kraćim i mnogo interesantnijim putem, ćete stići ako idući iz Sarajeva skrenete desno u mjestu Lašva i uključite se na magistralni putni pravac E661 prema Vitezu, Travniku, Jajcu i dalje prema Banjaluci.
