1. The registration fee covers conference site fees, expert fees, meals and coffee breaks during meeting, conference materials, and simultaneous translation fee. Accommodation will be arranged and the delegates will be responsible for the cost. 2. Make it sure that the payment receipt be faxed to us. 3. For any of paid delegate, a 50% of refund and conference materials will be sent until one week before the meeting(i.e. Nov. 21st 2019, included)in case of absence of the meeting; no refund but conference materials be sent after Nov.21st 2018 in case of absence of the meeting. 4. Any delegate who is general taxpayer and needs to be issued with a VAT special invoice is required to provide such information as: company name, taxpayer identity number, telephone number, address, and the bank of deposit and account number.
