[email protected] OBJECTIVE: My teaching philosophy when working with students is to bridge research, theory, and practice, as I prepare educational leaders. My collective experiences are as an educational leadership assistant professor, educational program director/coordinator, instructional school leader, professional development and federal programs coordinator, classroom teacher leader, and classroom teacher. My research agenda includes the umbrella of development, implementation, and assessment of educational leadership and teacher preparation programs to ensure effectiveness and accountability. In addition, this agenda is focused on educational leadership self-efficacy and purposeful, collaborative, and sustainable professional learning, specifically professional learning communities. My research is intended to support school and higher education improvement through evidence-based practices and strong P-20 partnerships. My service includes interdisciplinary collaboration with a goal to advance the field of educational school leadership to help prepare aspiring school leaders and further develop current school leaders and educators.
