ALEKSANDR ​In Christ the God, Faithful In the name of the Holy and Consubstancial and Indivisible Trinity. Amen. ALEKSANDR i​n Christ the God, Faithful Pavlovian Emperor and Autocrat of the Romans and all Rus', of the Great, the Little and the White, etc. etc. etc. To all Lords Spiritual and Temporal and all other Our Subjects whatsoever to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting! Having moments ago signed the Statute of the Empire of Pavlov, by which Our throne regains the Imperial glory we achieved in 2014, it makes only sense to issue this Edict to entrench numerous unsaid matters, numerous de facto situations which shall hence become de jure as well. I. Jaroslav Mar is hereby adopted as Our son, and as such received the title of His Imperial Highness Grand Prince Jaroslav Aleksandrovych. II. As Landed nobility is appointed: A. Our Imperial Majesty is created Prince of Obolensk’ and Kyiv B. His Serenity Prince Krystofor Slavomyrovych Drakonov is created the Prince of Velika Moravija and Baron of Bratislava the title being granted unto him and the heirs male of his body lawfully begotten and to be begotten C. His Imperial Highness Emperor Grandfather Ioann Albertovych is created the Prince of Antarktida and Baron of Mariupol D. His Imperial Highness Emperor Father Feofan Kemalovych is created Count of Phrakija and Novhorod-Zakhidskyj and Baron of Theodosia E. Her Imperial Majesty Marija Jurijivna is created Baroness of Aleksandropol and of Osokorky F. His Serenity Prince Slavomyr Ivanovych Drakonov is created Count of Moravia G. His Imperial Highness Grand Prince Jaroslav Aleksandrovych is appointed Count of Vladimir-Suzdal and Hrejmanna and Baron of Moscow H. Modest Akhmetovych Saradzhev is appointed Baron of Tsisarhorod’ III. Peerages are granted in the male line to: A. Fyodor Borysovych Saradzhev as Baron B. Äsghär Daniilovych Rzayev as Count C. Kristiian Karolovych Nevtonenko as Count D. Eduard Robertovych Gunderov as Count E. Helena Aleksandrivna Kiernosz as Baroness F. Matthias Kimovych Magnussen as Baron IV. His Majesty King Ivan of Brienia is granted the title of Sebastokrator. V. His Serene Highness Prince Edward of all Ashukovs is granted the title of Sebastokrator. VI. Tomáš Frantishekovych Falešník is granted the title of Patrician. VII. We ordain that the Holy Catholic Apostolic religion shall be restored and re established in all places and localities of this our Empire and countries subject to our sway, where the exercise of the same has been interrupted, in order that it may be peaceably and freely exercised, without any trouble or hindrance; forbidding very expressly all persons, of whatsoever estate, quality, or condition, from troubling, molesting, or disturbing ecclesiastes in the celebration of divine service, in the enjoyment or collection of tithes, fruits, or revenues of their benefices, and all other rights and dues belonging to them; and that all those who during the troubles have taken possession of churches, houses, goods or revenues, belonging to the said ecclesiastics, shall surrender to them entire possession and peaceable enjoyment of such rights, liberties, and sureties as they had before they were deprived of them. VIII. It is permitted to all lords, gentlemen, and other persons making profession of the said religion called Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox, holding the right of high justice, to exercise the said religion in their houses. IX. As consuls suffectus for the year 2020 (7528-7529) shall be appointed His Serenity Prince Krystofor Slavomyrovych Drakonov and His Illustriousness Count Eduard Robertovych Gunderov PROCLAIMED a​t Theodosia the 30th day of May in the 8th year of the Imperium of Imperator Caesar Alexandrus Augustus, in the first year of the Consulate of Princeps Christophoros Sclagamarus filius Drakon and Comes Eduardus Robertus filius Gundersovus in the year Seven thousand Five hundred and twenty eight after the creation of Adam. .

    Austenasian Constitution of 2011 We, the People and Government of the Empire of Austenasia, do proclaim and establish this Austenasian Constitution of 2011, in order to do away with the problems that resulted from the previous non-detailed Constitution, to reaffirm the sources of sovereignty and political power, and to establish a stronger, more stable, and more perfect Empire for ourselves and for posterity: I. The Empire of Austenasia A. This Constitution affirms the right of the Austen family, the senders of the 2008 Declaration of Independence, to national self-determination as a group of people sharing a common ancestry and culture, living on the same area of land, and identifying themselves as a people and a nation. The 2008 Declaration of Independence is therefore hereby declared to have been a valid declaration of the Empire of Austenasia to be an independent nation-state. B. The Empire of Austenasia is declared to have been a sovereign state, independent under international law and the principle of national self- determination, since 11:30 on Saturday 20 September 2008. C. The Empire of Austenasia is independent and separate from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, although a large dependency upon trade with the United Kingdom is acknowledged. D. As of 20 September 2011, the Empire of Austenasia consists of the Towns of Wrythe, Zephyria, and Glencrannog. E. HIH Crown Prince Jonathan shall hold the title “Founder of Austenasia” in perpetuity. I don't mean to say that I became then conscious of any impending change in my mentality and in my attitude towards the tasks of my writing life. And perhaps there was never any change, except in that mysterious, extraneous thing which has nothing to do with the theories of art; a subtle change in the nature of the inspiration; a phenomenon for which I can not in any way be held responsible. What, however, did cause me some concern was that after finishing the last story of the "Typhoon" volume it seemed somehow that there was nothing more in the world to write about. This so strangely negative but disturbing mood lasted some little time; and then, as with many of my longer stories, the first hint for "Nostromo" came to me in the shape of a vagrant anecdote completely destitute of valuable details. As a matter of fact in 1875 or '6, when very young, in the West Indies or rather in the Gulf of Mexico, for my contacts with land were short, few, and fleeting, I heard the story of some man who was supposed to have stolen single-handed a whole lighter-full of silver, somewhere on the Tierra Firme seaboard during the troubles of a revolution.

Martin Westminster College Abstract Th is article examines the Law of Succession and the Statute on the Imperial Family, texts which were issued by Emperor Paul I on April 5,1797, and which regulated the succession to the throne and the structure of the Romanov dynasty as a family down to the end of the empire in 1917. It also analyzes the revisions introduced in these texts by subsequent emperors, focusing particu- larly on the development of a requirement for equal marriage and for marrying Orthodox spouses. Th e article argues that changing circumstances in the dynasty—its rapid increase in numbers, its growing demands on the fi nancial resources of the Imperial Household, its struggle to resist morganatic and interfaith marriages—forced changes to provisions in the Law and Statute, and that the Romanovs debated and reformed the structure of the Imperial Family in the context of the provisions of these laws. Th e article shows how these Imperial House laws served as a vitally important arena for reform and legal culture in pre-revolutionary Russia.
