A tango holiday in the mountains of the Bregenz forest in Austria with Martin and Andrea: not only a fantastic tango class to enjoy but also the chance for walks and excursions in the magnificent landscape that nature has kindly provided. Included in the price is the "Bregenzer Wald Card", which entitles you to free use of cable cars, swimming pools and public transport in the Bregenz forest.

The tango lessons are given by Martin La Bruna and Andrea Bestvater. The courses take place either in the morning or late afternoon so that there is sufficient time to explore the beautiful area. Martin & Andrea offer a didactically well structured lessons, both for beginners as well as for experienced dancers. In their lessons they respond to the individual needs of the dancers. The lessons are taught in English. After dinner, we continue with an intimate Milonga. Hotel description: Accommodation is in the Hotel Schwanen in Bizau. The Hotel Schwanen is officially certified as an organic hotel. What is outstanding is the exquisite food and the relaxed atmosphere of the family business. We offer the "Pampering Package", which includes: a healthy revitalizing breakfast, a light lunch and in the evening a 4-course menu (with a choice of a vegetarian menu). The restaurant is bright and tastefully decorated and has a lovely garden terrace where you can enjoy delicious afternoon apricot dumplings (“Marillenknödel”) and Austrian strudel specialities. The hotel also has a choice of varied rooms available. The modern rooms "type Swan" are lined with white fir, and equipped with beautiful furniture from Bregenz craftsmen with bright bathrooms. The room type I and II differ only in the size of the room. The room type "Traditional" are lovingly and traditionally furnished: each room has a different feature and a different design. The room allocation is on a first-come-first-serve-basis. The rooms are located towards the back of the hotel, overlooking the mountains or on the church square or facing the street.

Arrival and departure: Guests should aim to arrive on Saturday until 18:00 in the evening. The tango classes begin on Sunday and ends on Thursday. On Friday there are no classes, so that after breakfast those who are leaving can check out or those extending their stay can make their own plans.

Getting to Bizau: Travel to Bizau is organised independently. Bizau is about 45 minutes by car from Bregenz /Lake Constance.

Tango with Martin and Andrea:

Martin La Bruna and Andrea Bestvater live in Buenos Aires and have for several years spent a few months every year in Europe. Their teaching is characterised by humour and the tangible joy of imparting their highly aesthetic Tango-style. The attention they give to each individual couple always makes participants feel like they're the centre of their interest. For Tango beginners they provide a sound working base with excellent didactic/teaching structure.

Martin La Bruna and Andrea Bestvater teach in English. A total of 10 hours of lessons with Martin and Andrea are provided. In the evening we dance Tango in the beautiful premises of our hotel.

Anmeldung

Registration must be made in writing for a double room, see registration form.

A minimum of 20 persons is required for the Tango holiday. There is a deposit of 15% and final payment must be done 5 weeks prior to departure. Payment must be done by bank transfer.
