It also supports numerous charitable organisations with their solidarity- based initiatives. The Foundation also strives to promote public debate and intellectual initiative. The Attijariwafa bank Foundation actively encourages and values employees’ involvement in socially-responsible initiatives. Through its Foundation and its subsidiaries, the Group encourages its employees to engage in socially-responsible initiatives thanks to a number of skills sponsorship projects and those in which employees may volunteer with charitable organisations.
