The Edit Menu is available for both the Spot Process and PDF engines of Spot Process Sep Studio 4.

UNDO/REDO Allows you to Undo or Redo an action.

DESELECT Allows you to deselect an Area Selection Tool.

INVERSE SELECTION Allows you to inverse/reverse an Area Selection.

DELETE Allows you to delete data in a Selected Area.

CUSTOM INKS

ADD, REMOVE, or EDIT custom inks. Add a custom INK colorto the Library by clicking on the Green + icon (lower left).

Remove a custom ink by clicking on the Red X to the right of the ink color. Click the Green + icon in the lower left corner to create a NEW custom ink color. Click the pop down arrow to name, edit and ACCEPT the new ink color.

CUSTOM TEXTILES

A similar Window appears for Custom Textiles. Follow the same ADD, REMOVE and EDIT process.

DEFAULT PRINTER SETTINGS

Sets up the default printer and settings for the Print Window (Print Commander). Click the Droplet Weight Test Print button to print onto ﬁlm a full set of Droplet Weights based on the settings. Follow directions on the print out to dial in the best settings for your printer, supplies and needs.

Printer:

Auto detects supported printers on your Network and displays in pop-down menu.

Media:

Select Media Type (Roll or Sheet) and Media Size.

Ink Setup:

Select the Black slot of the inkjet printer (Photo or Matte), or check ON the Multi-black feature to spray ink from all slots. Slots must contain black ink.

Printer Setup:

Select Print Resolution and Droplet Weight from the pop-down menus, Check off or keep High Speed on (default). Utilize Adjust Print Length feature to adjust for ﬁlm stretching during output from wide format roll printers. Additonal documentation available in online Article Library.
