BURGUNDY The reputation of this region's wines, whose pedigree was first established by the Grand Dukes of Burgundy, has never faltered. It is this hallmark of excellence that unites the multitude of different wines to be found in this vast and many-faceted province. About 200 million years ago, the region was part of a vast, tropical sea which created limestone soils. These are the secret behind the zesty minerality that is the hallmark of Burgundy wines.

CHABLISIEN

AUSTRIA Gut Oggau is a project in the small town of Oggau in Burgenland, Austria. This was started by Eduard and Stephanie Tscheppe in 2007. They painstakingly restored the 17th century winery that had been abandoned for 20 years, including its 200-year old screw press. The vines’ 20-year period of neglect was fortunate as this allowed all the pesticides and chemical treatments to be washed away. This let them begin working immediately on the vines bio dynamically, where they are now fully demeter certified.

ROSÉ WINE Whether it’s Rosé, Rosado, Rosato or Blush – These terms all refer to pink wine. This pink shade can range from a soft, subtle hue to a vibrant hot pink, depending on the grape used and how long the grape skins were in contact with the Rosé juices. This can be made into a sweet, off-dry or bone dry style with most European Rosé being decidedly dry.

AUSTRIA Gut Oggau is a project in the small town of Oggau in Burgenland, Austria. This was started by Eduard and Stephanie Tscheppe in 2007. Restoring the 17th century winery that had been abandoned for 20 years, including its 200-year old screw press. The vines’ 20-year period of neglect allowed all the pesticides and chemical treatments to be washed away, which let them begin working immediately on the vines bio dynamically, now fully Demeter certified.

ARGENTINA Argentina boasts a wealth of natural resources and areas of great scenic beauty, including high summits and plains, lush forests and absolutely arid desserts. Every detail makes Argentinen wine unique, authentic and remarkable due to its intense colours, deep aromas and broad range of flavours. Some stand out for their altitude, such as the Calchaquí Valleys in the north and others for the aridity of the land such as the valleys in the provinces of Mendoza, woods and steppes, glaciers and waterfalls.
