Phineas and Ferb: A Tri-State in Peril Baljeet Tjinder, Citizen Baljeet is one of Phineas and Ferb's closest friends and may be the most intelligent person in Danville. His immense focus on education is apparent when he repeatedly assists Phineas and Ferb with their projects, even when Bufford gets in his way. Baljeet's analytical skills could be crucial to saving Danville and finding Perry the Platypus. Bobbi Fabulous (Love Handel), Famous Musician and Hair Stylist Bobbi Fabulous is the owner of Bobbi's Hair Emporium by day and bassist for 80's rock band Love Handel by night. As a hairstylist, one of his most notable clients is Linda Fletcher. He is known to be fashionable and kind but also has a snobby side. His eye for style and his perfectionist attitude often leads him to center stage. Buford Van Stomm, Citizen Buford Van Stomm is a close friend of Phineas and Ferb and is a key member in the building of most of their projects. While Buford oftentimes is a bully, he is known for his physical strength and ambition. He may be allowed to mess with his friends, but he surely would put a stop to anyone else doing the same, proving he could be an asset to fighting crime in Danville. Candace Flynn, Citizen Candace Flynn is the teenage step-sister to Ferb Fletcher and biological sister to Phineas Flynn. As the oldest member of the family, Candace devotes most of her free time to making sure her brothers are held accountable to their parents for their shenanigans, failing often. Ironically, her signature catchphrase is \you are so busted!" Her relentless passion for justice often leads her to some compromising situations, but she finds success with her crush, Jeremy Johnson, and her friends, Stacy and Jenny. Carl, Citizen Carl is currently a college student working as a loyal intern to Major Mono- gram. Other than Major Monogram and Dr. Doofenshmirtz, Carl is the only other character who is aware of Perry the Platypus' double life as a secret agent. Phineas and Ferb: A Tri-State in Peril 1 Though Carl is not much older than Phineas and Ferb, Carl has a long track record of field experience, from debriefing Agent P when Monogram was out of the office to acting undercover to investigate Doofenshmirtz. Carl's close relationship to Perry most definitely will aid the committee in finding the lost Platypus. Charlene Doofenshmirtz, Citizen Charlene is the ex-wife of Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz and mother of Vanessa. The divorced couple however remains on good terms as Charlene herself is a very professional and civil woman. With her frequent sarcastic remark to her ex-husband, Charlene is definitely witty and quick on her feet. Her cunning ways may catapult her to the front of the pack when it comes to investigating organized crime and Perry's disappearance. Danny (Love Handel), Famous Musician Danny is a member of the 80's glam rock band Love Handel. While the band has split, each of the members remain some of Danville's most famous citizens. Danny today owns a store named \Danny's Music Shop." With a business to protect and a famous past to keep up with, Danny will ultimately be placed in the spotlight when it comes to keeping Danville safe. Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, CEO of Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc. Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz is an evil scientist and head of Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated. His office building doubles as his evil lair where he often battles Perry the Platypus. Doofenshmirtz has a long history of producing countless inventions in an attempt to rule the Tri-State Area but fails repeatedly. Though he has failed in the past when attempting to control Danville, his brilliancy as a scientist could come in handy now that his city is under attack. Ducky Momo, Famous Children's Show Character Ducky Momo is a famous duck who plays the lead in a Japanese children's TV show that is popular in Danville. With a gigantic fan base and an empire of merchandise stores, Ducky Momo is more than a simple duck on Phineas and Ferb's TV screen. With a large bank account and mass popularity, Ducky Momo could have a powerful influence over the decisions made in this committee. Phineas and Ferb: A Tri-State in Peril 2 Ferb Fletcher, Citizen but British Ferb Fletcher is the son of Lawrence Fletcher and step-brother to Phineas and Candace Flynn. Having lived in England with his father before moving to Danville, Ferb maintains a British accent as part of his role as a silent partner to Phineas. He thinks quickly on his feet, while also being wise beyond his years, and has the ability to stay calm in spite of all the chaos. Similar to Phineas, he is very tech-savvy, allowing for the success of their shared endeavors. Grandma Betty Jo, Citizen Betty Jo Flynn is Linda Flynn's mother and grandmother to Phineas, Can- dace, and Ferb. Every year, the grandchildren are invited to Danville Woods to stay in the cabin she shares with her husband, Clyde. In her youth, Betty Jo loved the rollerskating derby and was a member of the Tri-State Bombers. Despite being a senior citizen, she continues to rollerskate and maintains her competitive edge, making her young at heart. Grandpa Clyde, British Immigrant Clyde Flynn is Linda Flynn's father and the grandfather to Phineas, Can- dace, and Ferb. Today he resides in the woods outside Danville while operating his Camp named after his grandsons. Though Grandpa Clyde is in his later years of life, he has a long history in Danville and many connections throughout the Tri-State area. Clyde's history in the area could grant him the opportunity to perform some undercover investigating into the crime spree. Isabella Garcia-Shapiro, Citizen Isabella Garcia-Shapiro is the across the street neighbor to the Ferb-Fletcher household. As a good friend of Phineas and Ferb, Isabella is a huge asset to the success of their shenanigans, usually helping with spreading the word around Danville, construction, or just maintaining overall order. As the leader of Fireside Girls Troop 46231, she is responsible, loyal, and a hard-worker with her vast collection of accomplishment patches. Jeremy Johnson, Citizen Jeremy Johnson is the boyfriend of Candace Flynn, older brother of Suzy Johnson, and the leader of indie-pop band Jeremy and the Incidentals. In addition to his musical talent, he also has quite the eye for photography. Jeremy is kind, friendly, laid-back, and often enjoys participating in Phineas and Ferb's Phineas and Ferb: A Tri-State in Peril 3 projects. While his serene attitude leaves him stress-free and well-liked, it can also leave him vulnerable to those with more evil intentions. Lawrence Fletcher, British Immigrant Lawrence Fletcher is the biological father of Ferb and step-father of Phineas and Candace. The posh Brit is well respected in the Danville area due to his vast knowledge in ancient history and world cultures. Lawrence may not be the strongest man in Danville, but his polite manners and trust from others may result in the Tri-State area looking to him for guidance during this time of turmoil. Linda Flynn-Fletcher, One Hit Wonder Linda Flynn-Fletcher is mother to Phineas and Candance Flynn, step- mother to Ferb Fletcher, and wife of Lawrence Fletcher. In the present day, Linda is your average suburban mother, but in the 1980s she was more com- monly known to be the one-hit-wonder pop singer Lindana. Despite a music career that faded into oblivion, Linda maintains popularity amongst adults in the Danville community. Major Francis Monogram, Head of O.W.C.A. Major Monogram is commanding officer to Agent P, or Perry the Platypus. He is head of his branch of the O.W.C.A., a secret, all-animal organization that fights crime and evil. He gives Perry his daily mission with the assistance of his intern, Carl. Major Monogram is a responsible man, and takes his role in fighting evil very seriously. Norm, Robot Norm is an over-sized humanoid robot that Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz cre- ated to fight Agent P. When not fighting Perry, Norm mainly serves Doofen- shmirtz by helping him build new weapons to take over Danville. While Norm is one of Perry's main enemies, he may be one of the only committee members who would have the best idea where his adversary may be. Phineas Flynn, Citizen Phineas is a member of the Flynn-Fletcher family and is largely seen as the leader of his friend group. With his step-brother Ferb at his side, Phineas uses his creativity, intelligence, and determination to achieve new heights by Phineas and Ferb: A Tri-State in Peril 4 building large construction projects. His charisma and large list of connections in the Danville area will surely give him a leg up in this committee. Rodney, L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. CEO Aloyse Everheart Elizabeth Otto Wolfgang Hypatia Gunther Galen Gary Cooper von Roddenstein, aka Rodney, is the bald leader of L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. Rodney's main goal is to prove himself as being eviler than Doofenshmirtz, but he tends to fall victim to the same failures brought upon by Agent P. A perfec- tionist at heart, Rodney's passion for evil leaves him quite unpopular amongst fellow villains as he has a tendency to point out their flaws. Aside from villainry, he is a talented ballet dancer.
