The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.44) Order 201* Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: 1. To introduce ‘Disabled Badge Holders Only’ restrictions on the following lengths of roads in the District of Epping Forest (Add to Schedule 53 of the 2008 Order): Road Description Westbury EAST SIDE: from a point 31.7 metres south of the southern Road, boundary of No. 9, southwards for a distance of 5 metres. Buckhurst Hill Centre Drive, EAST SIDE: from a point 94.5 metres north of the boundary Epping of Nos. 2/4, northwards for 12 metres. Springfield, NORTH EAST SIDE: from a point 30.9 metres north-west of the Epping boundary between Nos. 31 and 33 Springfield, north-westwards, for 6 metres. Barfields, SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point 1.8 metres north east of the south Loughton west building line of 54 Barfields, north eastwards for 5 metres. Foxley Close, SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point 3 metres north of the shared property Loughton boundary of No's 7 & 8 Foxley Close, north westwards for 2 metres. Grosvenor SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point in line with the shared boundary of Drive, no's 128 & 130 Grosvenor Drive north eastwards for 6.4 metres. Loughton Lower Park NORTH EAST SIDE: From a point 1.1 metres northwest of a point in Road, line with the south eastern building line of 22 Lower Park Road, north Loughton westwards for 6.6 metres. Torrington NORTH WEST SIDE: From a point 4.3 metres north east of the shared Drive, boundary of no's 37 & 38 - 42 Torrington Drive, north eastwards for 6.4 Loughton metres. Queens Road, NORTH SIDE: From a point 0.6 metres west of the shared boundary of North Weald No's 67 & 69 Queens Road, westwards for 2.5 metres. Bassett Mill Lane, EAST SIDE: From a point 0.8 metres north of a point in line with the Ongar southern building line of 78 Mill Lane, northwards for 5.3 metres. 2. To revoke ‘Disabled Badge Holders Only’ restrictions on the following lengths of roads in the District of Epping Forest (Remove from Schedule 53 of the 2008 Order): Road Description Hemnall Street, NORTH WEST SIDE: from a point 35.4 metres northwest of the common Epping boundary of no's 90c and 90d, for a distance of 6 metres in a north easterly direction. Bradwell Road, SOUTH EAST SIDE: outside No. 27 for a distance of 7 metres in a south Buckhurst Hill westerly direction. Princes Road, SOUTH SIDE: from the west flank wall of No. 90 for a distance of Buckhurst Hill 5.5 metres in an easterly direction. Brunel Road, SOUTH WEST SIDE: from the boundary of No 9/11 for a distance of 6.6 Chigwell metres in a south easterly direction. Englands Lane, SOUTH WEST SIDE: From the south west flank wall of No. 152 for a Loughton distance of 6.6 metres in a north-easterly direction. Lower Park NORTH EAST SIDE: from the northern building line of No. 22 Lower Park Road, Loughton Road to the southern building line of No. 22 Lower Park Road. Rochford NORTH EAST SIDE: from the boundary of Nos. 16/22 for a distance of 6.6 Avenue, metres in a north-westerly direction. Loughton Torrington NORTH WEST SIDE: from the south western building line of No. 41 for a Drive, Loughton distance of 6.6 metres in a north-easterly direction. Torrington SOUTH WEST SIDE: from the boundary of No’s 1/3, for a Gardens, distance of 6.6 metres in a north westerly direction. Loughton Park Fields, SOUTH WEST SIDE: from the boundary of No’s. 70 & 72 for a distance of Roydon 6.6 metres in an easterly direction. Harold SOUTH SIDE: from the boundary of No 14/16 for a distance of 6 .6 Crescent, metres in a westerly direction. Waltham Abbey Limes Avenue, WEST SIDE: from the boundary of Nos. 13/15 for a distance of Chigwell 5.5 metres in a southerly direction. Orchard SOUTH SIDE: from the boundary of Nos. 5/7 for a distance of 5.5 Gardens, metres in a north easterly direction. Waltham Abbey Upshire Road, NORTH SIDE: from the boundary of Nos. 85/87 for a distance of Waltham Abbey 6.6 metres in a south•easterly direction. Hemnall Street , NORTH WEST SIDE: from a point 10.5 metres south-west of the Epping north-east boundary/flank wall of No. 90a for a distance of 15 metres in a south-westerly direction. Chandler Road, NORTH WEST SIDE: From a point 2 metres north east of the shared Loughton boundary of no's 26 & 28 Chandler Road, north eastwards for 5.6 metres. St Peter's WEST SIDE: From a point 0.5 metres south of the common Avenue, Ongar boundary of No’s 4/6 for a distance of 5.5 metres in a southerly direction. 3. To introduce ‘Limited Waiting 2 Hours No Return 3 Hours and Residents Parking Zone A Mon - Fri 10am - 4 .00pm’ restrictions on the following length of Hemnall Street, Epping in the District of Epping Forest (Add to Schedule 40 of the 2008 Order): Road Description Hemnall Street, NORTH WEST SIDE: from a point 35.4 metres northwest of the common Epping boundary of no's 90c and 90d, for a distance of 6 metres in a north easterly direction. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 referred to above as the ‘2008 Order’.
