Union C 119/1 II (Information) INFORMATION FROM EUROPEAN UNION INSTITUTIONS, BODIES, OFFICES AND AGENCIES EUROPEAN COMMISSION Initiation of proceedings (Case M.7419 — TeliaSonera/Telenor/JV) (Text with EEA relevance) (2015/C 119/01) On 8 April 2015, the Commission decided to initiate proceedings in the above-mentioned case after finding that the notified concentration raises serious doubts as to its compatibility with the internal market. The initiation of proceedings opens a second phase investigation with regard to the notified concentration, and is without prejudice to the final decision on the case. The decision is based on Article 6(1)(c) of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1). The Commission invites interested third parties to submit their observations on the proposed concentration to the Commission. In order to be fully taken into account in the procedure, observations should reach the Commission not later than 15 days following the date of this publication. A budapesti agglomeráció gazdaságának fejl ődése, átalakulása napjaink Magyarországának egyik legszembetűnőbb, legdinamikusabb folyamata. A gazda- sági aktivitás, az extenzív és intenzív fejl ődést jellemző mutatók gyökeres változást jelentenek, amelyhez fogható gazdasági metamorfózist csak a hagyományos iparvi- dékek leépülése vagy az Észak-Dunántúl dinamizálódása jelent. Az agglomerációs övezet a gazdasági rendszerváltozás egyértelm ű nyertesének tekinthető. Az övezet gazdasági térszerkezete azonban nem homogén, s őt akkora különbségek adódhat- nak, amelyek már megkérdőjelezhetik a terület — els ősorban fejlesztési szemponto- kat szem előtt tartó — elkülönítését, önállóságát. A rendszerváltás óta eltelt évek a társadalmi—gazdasági tér több dimenziójában új térstruktúrát alakítottak ki. Igaz ez nemcsak az agglomeráció központját jelent ő főváros, hanem vizsgálatunk földrajzi terét képező agglomerációs övezet vonatkozásában is. Tanulmányunk csak az agg- lomerációs övezet gazdaságát veszi górcs ő alá, bár tisztában vagyunk azzal a ténnyel, hogy a végeredmény nehezen értelmezhet ő az agglomeráció központjának figyelmen kívül hagyásával. A külföldi tőke beruházásainak jó része a tercier szektorban realizálódott. Sok szó esik manapság a tercier szektorról. Valóban, a legszembet űnőbb változások ebben az ágazatban zajlanak, els ősorban a kereskedelem, a szállítás, a gazdasági szolgál- tatások terén.

    Környezeti zaj - stratégiai zajtérkép Azért, hogy a Budapest és vonzáskörzetére elkészített, irányelvben foglaltaknak megfelel ő stratégiai zajtérképeket megfelel őképp értelmezni és használni tudjuk, mindenképp szükséges az alábbi információk gondos áttekintése. Bevezetés A zaj elleni védelemmel kapcsolatos környezetvédelmi szakpolitika a közös felel ősség elvének megfelel ően 2002-ben vált a közösségi politika részévé, az Európai Parlament és a Tanács 2002/49/EK – a környezeti zaj értékelésér ől és kezelésér ől szóló – irányelv ének elfogadásával. Mivel korábban nem volt egységes, megbízható és összehasonlítható adat Európában a környezeti zaj stratégiai vizsgálatára vonatkozóan, ezért az irányelv bevezetésével els ő lépésben az egységes módszert teremtették meg, így az összehasonlítható kritériumoknak megfelel ően az európai 250.000 f őnél nagyobb nagyvárosi agglomerációkra 2007. június 30- ig stratégiai zajtérképet , majd arra építve 2008. július 18-ig intézkedési tervet kell készíteni. Az intézkedési tervek kidolgozásának célja a meglévő kritikus helyzetek, problémák lehetséges – esetleg közösségi szint ű részvétellel történ ő – kezelése, megoldása. A joganyag továbbiakban megszabja a nyilvánosságra hozatal elveit, valamint a Bizottság részére történ ő adatszolgáltatás tartalmi követelményeit is.     1. A natúrpark kezdeményezés bemutatása 1.1. Elnevezés: Miért éppen Tápió Natúrpark? Mielőtt az előzményekre rátérnénk, egy kis magyarázatot szeretnénk adni a natúrpark elnevezésére, miért éppen a Tápió Natúrpark név mellett döntöttünk. Hiszen a térségre a Tápió-vidék, a Tápió mente és olykor a Tápióság elnevezést is használják. Nézzük, mit is fednek ezek az elnevezések! Szigorúan természetföldrajzi értelemben a Tápió-vidék az Észak-alföldi hordalékkúp- síkság egyik kistája Magyarország kistájainak kataszterében1. melyet északról a Hatvani-sík, nyugatról a Gödöllői-dombság és a Monor-Irsai-dombság, délről a Gerje-Perje-sík, keletről pedig a Jászsági-sík kistájai határolnak (1. ábra). Területe mindössze 250 km2, a hozzá tartozó 2 települések: Sülysáp, Kóka, Tápiószecső, Tápióság, Tápióbicske, Nagykáta és Tápiószele. Néprajzi megközelítésben a Tápió-vidék és a vele szomszédos kistájak peremterületeinek települései szoros kapcsolatban fejlődtek egymással a történelem folyamán, és egy nagyobb egységet alkotnak, melyet Tápió mentének nevezünk. Az előbb felsorolt településeken kívül így a Tápió mentéhez tartozik még Mende, Úri, Gomba, Bénye, Káva, Pánd, Szentmártonkáta, Tóalmás, Szentlőrinckáta, Farmos, Tápiószentmárton, Tápiószőlős, Újszilvás és Tápiógyörgye. A Tápió menti települések történetével részletesen foglalkozik a 3 Tápió mente néprajza című 1985-ben összeállított antológia. A "Tápióság", mint a Jászsághoz hasonló formájú táji elnevezés helytelen, mivel létezik egy ilyen nevű település is a térségben, azonban mégis a köznyelvben olykor

Abstract The relationship between magyarization and Hungarian civil society during the reform era of Hungarian history (1790-1848) is the subject of this dissertation. This thesis examines the cultural and political activities of three liberal oppositional nobles: András Fáy (1786-1864), István Bezerédj (1796-1856) and Ödön Beöthy (1796-1854). These three men were chosen as the basis of this study because of their commitment to a two- pronged approach to politics: they advocated greater cultural magyarization in the multiethnic Hungarian Kingdom and campaigned to extend the protection of the Hungarian constitution to segments of the non-aristocratic portion of the Hungarian population.

E-mail: [email protected] A Tápió-vidék sokáig hazánk kevésbé kutatott területei közé tartozott. Mindez a madárvilágra nézve is igaz volt, hiszen az 1960-as évek végéig csak alkalmi jelleggel vizsgálták a területet. A Magyar Madártani Egyesület megalakulását követően, az 1970-es évek közepétől kezdődtek el a rendszeresebb felmérések a térségben. Az 1980-as évek végétől az ismétlődő állományfelmé- rések és aktív madárvédelmi tevékenység színhelyévé vált a Tápió–Hajta vidéke, melynek akko- ri fészkelő madárvilágáról először 1987-ben olvashattunk. A szisztematikus madártani vizsgála- tok, felmérések, monitorozó kutatások eredményeiről és a védelem érdekében szükséges legfon- tosabb feladatokról 1998-ban jelent meg átfogó publikáció, amely ugyancsak az itt költő fajokra fókuszált. A kutatásoknak újabb lendületet a Tápió–Hajta Vidéke Tájvédelmi Körzet kialakítása és az egyre intenzívebbé váló természetvédelmi tevékenység adott. Munkánkban a fellelhető régi madártani adatokat rendszereztük és összegeztük a legutóbbi kutatások, felmérések eredményeit, igyekezve minél pontosabban megadni azt a faunaképet, amely jellemzi térségünket. A Tápió- vidéken a jelen cikk megírásához felhasznált adatok lezárásáig 248 madárfaj fordult elő, mely- ből 146 itt is költ valamilyen gyakorisággal. A rendszeresen átvonuló, a kóborló és a téli vendég fajok száma évről-évre újabbakkal gyarapodik, és már meghaladta a százat. A hazai madárfauna közel kétharmada fi gyelhető meg térségünkben. Ezen fajok zöme a mocsarakban, vizenyős he- lyeken, réteken, legelőkön, erdőkben fi gyelhető meg, de a Tápió-vidék településein, a tanyák és majorok környezetében is ott élnek madaraink az ember közvetlen közelében.

Our goal is to create as complete a profile as possible of the Benta Valley to the west of the Danube and the Kakucs region to the east of the Danube.
