March brings with it good weather and many a reason to celebrate. Two colleagues shook hands with success of a different kind — one academic, one sports. They made us so proud.

Four celebrities walked the corridors of Lemon Tree and we took care of them with the same warmth and zing that we are so well known for. Welcome to LTH young and upcoming ace cricketer, the Dil Chahta Hai music makers, Badman supreme and the rapper who beckons you to his car.

Anniversaries are something we see often at LTH...now that there are 21 hotels. Pune brought in its 6th and Chandigarh its 1st, amongst much cheer and celebration. And the month ended with a happy Holi… a reason to be merry across the group...staff and guests alike. Take a look.

Team H.I.P.L was at LTPJP for a month to help the team members of Golden Tulip transition to Lemon Tree Premier smoothly. 10 day training modules were done for each department followed by on the job simulation which helped iron out any challenges.

H.I.P.L. delivered first-rate training sessions that are now translating to high quality service for guests. The core team comprised Smita Guleria for Housekeeping, Shashank Sharma for Front Office, Awadhesh Singh Rawat for F&B Service, Shipra Chauhan for Customer Service and Kuntal Vegad backing them all.

Above and Beyond Call of Duty

In an act of rising above and beyond the call of duty, Tanveer Kaur a GSA with LTPGN1 rose to the occasion to help and comfort an ailing guest - Ms. Victoria Margaret (Room 210) who had taken seriously ill. Tanveen stayed with her at the hospital the whole day and went to ask of her well-being and comfort the next day too. The guest was extremely touched and thankful at the warm gesture and especially mentioned her in the GSTS upon her departure. Well done Tanveer. We are proud of you...

WOMEN

A woman was in town on a shopping trip. She began her day finding the most perfect shoes in the first shop and a beautiful dress on sale in the second. In the third, everything had just been reduced by 50 percent when her mobile phone rang.

It was a female doctor notifying her that her husband had just been in a terrible car accident and was in critical condition and in the ICU.
