J SUMMARY OF CONTRIBUTIONS TO KNOWLEDGE (here)

Most of my published articles are in the field of epidemiology, and they showcased factors that influenced community ability to respond to communicable and non- communicable diseases, distribution, determinants and deterrent associated with communicable diseases control; and ways to prevent and control diseases in our environment. The ongoing collaborative research on Lassa Fever (LF) will not only contribute to knowledge displayed by my 4 already published articles in the subject matter but would describe epidemiology of LF in Nigeria looking at it from the environmental, geographical or climatic, behavioural, social and of course clinical angles towards disease control. The few articles on reproductive and family health came in my early days of research and they showcased the various components of reproductive health, their determinants and ways of improving reproductive health outcomes in studied areas.
