L 28/4EN Official Journal of the European Communities 30.1.2002 AGREEMENT between the European Community and the Republic of South Africa on trade in wine THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY, hereinafter referred to as the Community, and THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA, hereinafter referred to as South Africa, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Parties, WHEREAS the Agreement on Trade, Development and Cooperation between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of South Africa, of the other part, has been signed on 11 October 1999, hereinafter referred to as the TDC Agreement, and entered into force provisionally on 1 January 2000, DESIROUS of creating favourable conditions for the harmonious development of trade and the promotion of commercial cooperation in the wine sector on the basis of equality, mutual benefit and reciprocity, RECOGNISING that the Contracting Parties desire to establish closer links in this sector which will permit further development at a later stage, RECOGNISING that due to the long standing historical ties between South Africa and a number of Member States, South Africa and the Community use certain terms, names, geographical references and trade marks to describe their wines, farms and viticultural practices, many of which are similar, RECALLING their obligations as parties to the Agreement establishing the World Trade Organisation (here- inafter referred to as the WTO Agreement), and in particular the provisions of the Agreement on the Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (hereinafter referred to as the TRIPs Agreement), HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS: Article 1 Description and Coding System (Harmonised System), done at Brussels on 14 June 1983, which are produced in such a Objectives manner that they conform to the applicable legislation regu- lating the production of a particular type of wine in the 1. -

On 21 December 2005, the Commission adopted the Guidelines on National Regional Aid for 2007-20131 (hereinafter “RAG”). 2. In accordance with paragraph 100 of the RAG, each Member State should notify to the Commission, following the procedure of Article 88(3) of the EC Treaty, a single regional aid map covering its entire national territory which will apply for the period 2007-2013. In accordance with paragraph 101 of the RAG, the approved regional aid map is to be published in the Official Journal of the European Union and will be considered as an integral part of the RAG. 3. On 13 March 2006, a pre-notification meeting between the Spanish authorities and the Commission's services took place. 4. By letter of 19 September 2006, registered at the Commission on the same day with the reference number A/37353, Spain notified its regional aid map for the period from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2013. 5. By letter of 23 October 2006 (reference number D/59110) the Commission requested from the Spanish authorities additional information. 6. El Real Decreto Legislativo 1302/1986, de 28 de junio, de Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental, y su Reglamento de ejecución aprobado por Real Decreto 1131/1988, de 30 de septiembre, establecen la obligación de formular declaración de impacto ambiental, con carácter previo a la reso- lución administrativa que se adopte para la realización o, en su caso, autorización de la obra, instalación o actividad de las comprendidas en los anexos a las citadas disposiciones. Conflicto agrario en Navarra. Miranda de Arga, 1900-1923: El partido comunero o anticorralicero alcanza el poder municipal* JOSÉ MIGUEL GASTÓN AGUAS** on la llegada del siglo XX, la ampliación de la superficie de cultivo se C convirtió en Navarra en uno de los pilares más importantes para sus- tentar las estrategias reproductivas campesinas familiares1. De ahí que, una vez finalizado el “asalto a los bienes comunales” por parte de los pudientes, y coincidiendo con la aparición de ideologías revolucionarias de ruptura, se produjese una reactivación de los movimientos de protesta en torno al co- munal2. Pese a que mantuvieron su carácter espontáneo, y a que pervivieron las viejas manifestaciones de acción, poco a poco fueron experimentando un avance cualitativo en sus formas, fruto en buena medida del carácter organi- zado que fueron adquiriendo. Fueron comisiones de vecinos las que reivindi- caron el rescate de los derechos inmemoriales. Se reunían en cafés o en los lo- cales de las sociedades obreras.
