Supervisión De Televisión Abierta 2006 SUPERVISIÓN DE TELEVISIÓN ABIERTA 2006 En el año 2006 se realizaron 105 Informes de Casos sobre programas de televisión abierta, de los cuales 104 han sido motivados por denuncias públicas y el restante de oficio. Los 105 Informes de Caso recogieron inquietudes planteadas en un total de 273 denuncias. Otras 89 denuncias fueron desestimadas por no cumplir con los requisitos mínimos para ser acogidas a tramitación. En cuanto a los temas de preocupación, la dignidad de las personas ocupa el primer lugar, asociada principalmente a programas de misceláneos y reportajes. Este tema ha desplazado los contenidos inadecuados para menores en horario para todo espectador a un segundo lugar. Estos contenidos dicen relación principalmente con temas de tipo valórico – tales como homosexualidad, prostitución, drogadicción - también asociado a programas misceláneos. Le siguen temas de preocupación relacionados a programas informativos y/o reportajes, como el manejo de información y el sensacionalismo. Resoluciones del Consejo Base: total cargos TV abierta 2006 (37) RESOLUCIÓN CARGOS Nº PROGRAMAS Sanción 22 Absolución 15 Total 37 Del total de Informes de Caso (105) de televisión abierta, 37 han derivado en algún tipo de cargo a los respectivos canales. Del total de programas objeto de cargos, 22 han sido finalmente sancionados. El total de causales se concentra en: dignidad de las personas y formación espiritual e intelectual de la niñez y la juventud en primer lugar; en un lejano segundo lugar por lo que dice relación con la protección a la familia y finalmente por participación de menores en actos reñidos con la moral y las buenas costumbres y sensacionalismo. Cada una de ellas abarcó una muestra de una semana con alrededor de 160 horas de emisión. Más de dos tercios de esas muestras (18) se realizaron a cable operadores de regiones. Se presentaron 4 denuncias de particulares que fueron acogidas a tramitación. Tres de esas denuncias dieron lugar a una sanción para los operadores que emitieron los programas denunciados.
