Diversity and Inclusion Committee 1. The Board unanimously approved the incorporation of the diversity and inclusion goal metrics for the 2017 Plan as described in the attachment to replace the diversity and inclusion goal metrics originally approved, to be utilized in connection with the overall compensation methodology. RESOLUTION 19113. D. Facilities and Space Committee 1. The Board unanimously approved the engagement of Donley’s Inc. as the System’s construction manager at risk for construction services under a Guaranteed Maximum Price Agreement for the Project with aggregate costs not to exceed $24,500,000, to be paid out of capital funds previously approved through Board Resolution 19088.
