Quality water projects are ongoing. Support for Heevie organization are continuing in Zummar and Talkaif. In Sumel and Shekhan 2 ambulatory services are in process. IOM: Activities are ongoing in Zummar, Rabbea and Zummar. Provided medication for chronic diseases in Nargazlia in Shekhan. 7 Leishmaniasis cases in the past month. 4 cases in Nargezlia. Supporting TB screening in Duhok. Waha: Continuing support in activities in Sardashti. Support with a pediatrician and gynecologist. The need is still there. Waha has a psychiatric consultant. Is looking for collaboration with Doh Duhok. Malteser International: Will run Qadya till April 2018. Support for incentives for the health staff in Garmawa camp is ongoing till the end of September. In communication with donor to extend activities. No further updates from the mobile teams. MdM: Activities in Sinjar and Chameskoo are ongoing. Assessment done in Sinone hospital. Not shared yet. Activities in Chameskoo will continue till the end December GIZ: Is supporting Heevie Organization in Mamrashan and Sharya and DoH Duhok in Kaberto 1&2. Support ongoing for the Eye screening project implemented by DORCAS. Dorcas: Projects are ongoing. Mobile teams activities are expanded. Dorcas is active in three villages that PUI left. Try to work with CAPNI to support Shingal hospital in covering 24 hours doctor services. MEDAIR: Mobile activities are ongoing. Two phcs are supported. For the Shingal response 2 mobile medical teams are present. Active three days a week after Eid. In Khanasor the activities are two days a week. They also have team working in Zardashti. PWJ: Are cooperating and coordination activities with Dr. Noradeen of Zanin School Health Center (DoH). PWJ has an education program in Bersive 1 & 2 and in Chamiskoo. Elise Care: Activities ongoing in Darkar camp. Vaccination started in august. RH unit will start after the holidays. Activities till the end of 2017. MSF-CH: Maternity Telmark hospital and mobile clinics activities are ongoing. Treated 42 causlities of suicide attack in Bashr frontline. Where not expecting this. Domiz 1 maternity handing over to DoH Duhok with support of UNFPA. Nature Project International:(NPI) Nutrition program including breastfeeding .They will start a training in Mosul and this week training start in Khanke, Domiz 1. Also planning to start in Khanke, Domiz 1 & 2 in September or October. ASB: Activities in Qayara and Bersive 1 are ongoing. ASB is requesting clarification regarding incentives from DoH Ninewa. DOH Ninewa: Incentives can be paid if they don’t work double hours. BRHA: Qaymawa camp closure is still under discussion. It is not clear if the camp will be closed. Current population Qaymawa approx. 100 families. Request from BRHA to specify the questions of the assessments and the targets when surveys are done. Step-IN: Activities in Dawoodiya camp ongoing. Activities with mobile teams in Amedy district are ongoing. UNFPA: Support is ongoing for NGOs and DoH Duhok and Ninewa. RH kits are provided. UNFPA will activate the RH working group. They are many actors providing RH. DoH Duhok will share an email the assessments and the mapping of RH actors. In Bashika RH services are lacking. Assessment was done with WHO. Mobile team ready to support. Request a meeting with DoH Ninewa. Support BRHA with Radio in Domiz camp. This radio is also reaching the host community. Useful to share messages. A protocol is shared about Clinical management of rape. RH kit number 3 (post rape kit with PEP) will be available. Operation Mercy: Ongoing activities in Kaberto 1 & 2 and in Domiz 2 Camp. They running a community project. CDE: Continuing OT in Rabbea and Sinone. General Surgery. In Bardarash general surgery and basic orthopedic surgery are provided. IMC: IMC started in the Talafar emergency response. They witnessed a suicide attack. The whole team is save. Activities in Bash Frontline are postponed. IMC did in assessment in RAbbea and Zummar district. They will start 1 day a week with support. Nutritional assessment done in Nargazlia and Zummar. After Eid they will start with a laboratory in Nargazlia. RH services in TelKaif in coordination with UNFPA. Family planning training was done. Question in Qarmawa: 4900 population. What is the further plan for Garmawa. BRHA: at this moment nothing. WFP: E-voucher distribution has finished for August cycle for all Zakho camps. The distribution of E-voucher of Domiz 1 & 2 and Cash distribution for Akre is finished. In August SIM- Card distribution has finished. Cash out process has been done for seven camps . In-kind distribution has finished for the 6 camps in Duhok, as well as for the two camps (Qaymawa, Nargazlia). As for the new arrivals in Qaymawa & Nargazlia camp. In non camps area there is no food distribution. UNFPA is advising to monitor the impact of food reduction. ACF: Preventive health in Ninewa. MHPSS CAPNI: Sinjar activates and support is ongoing. Also mobile activities are ongoing. Mentor Initiative: No update. Mentor is waiting for the MoU to be signed. Heevie Organization: Providing the services with support of WHO, OCHA, UNFPA and GIZ and coordination with DoHs Dohuk and Ninewa. Project registration and CHD, the number consultations 48 patients. Mobile clinics: 4886. Community: 2992. Health care services: 2791.improving accesses primary health care through the Musal, Tal Mousa, athayma the found of UHA: 1913. Primary health care 3539 in Sharya. The total consultation for Heevie are 18003 patient. Cordaid: Seigy activates are ongoing. DoH Ninewa: Talafar operation is finished. Sub district of Talafar needs to be cleared. Equipment are not available. Not clear what the status of the operation theatres are. Mule Yasser there is a military field hospital but running by DoH Ninawa. 1000 people transferred to. Ninewa health staff was also providing health activities. About Mosul there is no new update. Project with Ninewa health about rehabilitating victims of war. 100 patients can go to Romania (start with 20 patients). They will be responsible for the whole process. Requesting to submit patients’ lists. In Mosul city. There are no civilians in Talafar. DoH Duhok: Medication Shortness in whole governorate of Duhok. There is a shift of funding to Mosul. DoH is supporting all partners to receive more funding. Request from DoH Duhok to NGOs to share their contribution to Duhok Governorate (A form). Also a request to share mothly data reports. EWARN: 10 districts and 7 districts in Duhok are covered. Alerts: No suspected Cholera reported. Al Mansour suspect 2 measles, Arbil Doh took action, reported by IMC. Acute Diarrhea: trend is declining. There is alertness. A year ago around this moment there where confirmed cases of Cholera. Medair has diagnostic kits available. Request investigation kits if necessary. Scabies is a bit increased in Duhok. Action taking in Domiz Camp 1. There is medication available. Request to .Dr Sirwan. Mumps are increasing. Leasmaniasis trend is decreasing. Medication is available. Bloody diarrhea there is an little increase. Jaundice the same problem. Actions are taking by DoH Ninewa. Dr. Dara will share the report. Request to send report on time. Vaccination activities are ongoing with support of UNICEF for IDP and Refugees. Shortness of high energy biscuit. DoH Duhok is collaborating with IOM concerning the TB program. There are training courses. 40 patients are supported at this moment. Most of them are IDPs. They also receive food support. TB mobile clinic is in Shekhan district. Next October the program will end. There is an emergency fund for IOM to procure x-ray and laboratory consumables. Florence (FOHSAs): Health social affairs. First time are here. It’s goals, Health care/ development of community health/ social health education/ achieving of a favorable environment/ development of social communications. PUI: On the end of September the health outreach teams working with non-camp refugees in Dohuk governorate will stop due to lack of funding. The mobile health teams (MHT) are ongoing. They will start one additional MHT, plus 3 additional mental health teams. They are supposed to start the work after Eid, especially in northern Ninewa. The PHCC management for Bajed Kandala 1 camp will be extended to June 2018. The Next health Cluster meeting will be on 27 September 2017 at 12:00pm Wednesday, 1st floor conference room DoH Duhok. .
