The pilot reports the fendering is/was old and therefore not fit for purpose. Also he could not see any damage. 27-Feb-2021 06:14 Goole AHM/VTSO South inner gate. Vessel was backing Victoria lock. Goole into Victoria lock for departure to sea. The vessel lent on the south inner gate causing damage to 1 or 2 stanchions and possible damage to the gate sluice winch housing (nothing visible).

UKD Orca has suffered Dredge Pipe damage and is proceeding to KGD for dive inspection. HST will carry out further checks at low water. 14-Nov-2018 07:25 IMM HST 2 Pilot Humber Sea Terminal Humber Sea No 2 Terminal berth 2 and damaged fender number 1. 01-Feb-2020 07:50 IMM HST 4 Pilot HST 4 Pilot reports whilst approaching the berth the tug Pullmans line parted. No damage or injuries reported. Suspect that a sharp edge on the vessels transom caused the line to part. On approaching the berth at the HST berth 5 the vessel made contact with the pontoon. No reported damage to the vessel and damage to the pontoon unknown at this time. 1050 Further report from Master. No significant damage to the vessel but significant damage to the pontoon. HST berthing master informed. 04-Apr-2021 13:30 Immingham Pilot IMMINGHAM OUT WHEN ENTERING LOCK GATES THE LOCK THE VESSEL BENT THE LOCK GATE STANCHIONS. NO DAMAGE TOT HE VESSEL OR INJUIRES REPORTED. 25-Jan-2021 15:55 Immingham Dock ADM PUMP HOUSE Vessel made made contact with the pump house with her port shoulder, during her departure. The pump house has sustained damaged by the impact, but the pumps are still operational. 06-Jul-2021 15:58 Immingham Dock AHM/VTSO Immingham lock. Departure from berth. Whilst approaching the lock at Immingham the vessel made contact with the fendering causing damage to the fendering. No reported damage to the vessel. ADM to complete a MARNIS report.

Subsequent report from ADM states some damage to the lock fendering. 26-Aug-2021 07:15 Immingham Dock ADM SHORE CRANE As vessel departed 3 quay extension the port quarter made contact with a shore crane causing damage to crane handrails around crane platform. 16-Sep-2021 06:30 Immingham Dock ADM 7A BOLLARD, 3 QUAY Vessel's port EXTN. shoulder demolished 7A bollard 3 Quay Extn while going alongside the berth. 23-Feb-2021 09:30 KGD Any ADM Western approach jetty Vessel used West approach jetty and the hull plating on the first tier container suports frames and as she slid down the jetty some splintered timber was stripped off. 27-Aug-2020 13:04 King George & QE AHM/VTSO Lock at KGD. Inbound vessel. Dock Whilst leaving the lock for the berth the steel rubbing band made contact with the metal facing plate of the copping stone causing it to become dislodged. No reported damage to the vessel.

Vessel's bow thruster failed and was in operative for 10 minutes, At this point vessel was bow pointing towards the lock with bow further off jetty than stern. At this point bow thruster back in operation and tug pulling on stbd quater to lift stern off jetty in the SSW wind. Stern between No2 and No.3 dolphin, and vessel moving very slowly astern .
