Abstract (between 500 and 800 words in length, excluding bibliography): Under the background of 's social and economic transformation, especially under the policy of structural reform, the social and economic vitality has been stimulated, and the virtuous relationship between the government and the market has been raised again. The diversification of the economic field is in full swing. As a manifestation of the diversification of modern production relations, social enterprise is a new corporate governance structure and a new production relationship. It is a new economic growth point and a reflection and practice of new development thinking. The social enterprise not only conforms to the overall law of economic operation, but also can promote the multi-level goal of economic development, and based on its own characteristics and external factors of multi-support, its regularity and purpose of the unity of the actual conditions have been basically available. It can be seen that social enterprises are not only a new economic phenomenon, it will also lead to a world from the concept to the practice of economic change boom. In China, social enterprises in the history and cultural heritage, development ideas, practical experience, theoretical research, economic promotion and so have special significance. The development of Chinese social enterprises should not only learn from international experience, but also pay attention to the development of Chinese local cultural traditions and economic resources. In the long run, the social enterprises will be escalated with the transformation of social governance and the improvement of the system ecology, which will play a link role in the construction of enterprises and social ecology circle, and promote the superposition and enlargement of the positive effect of social influence.
