After a year’s successful training, you will achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE; As a secondary school teacher you will help to prepare young people for a fulfilling life after school. Our trainees are supported into employment - application forms, personal statements , interview practice and vacancy matching; To be a secondary school teacher you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate your pupils to learn.
