There are Scheduling Professional ongoing renovations to approximately 4,000 sf of first floor space also included. LEAN Professional BLACK ROCK CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH PHASE I, FAIRFIELD, CT Turner provided construction management as advisor services on for the completion of this project for the BRCC, which consists of construction of a new 68,000 sf church facility on the same footprint as the existing church. The new building includes a sanctuary, classrooms, offices and a welcome center. STRATFORD HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS, STRATFORD, CT Tim is serving as senior project manager on this 230,000 sf project which includes a 126,951 gsf new building constructed on an existing sports field across from the existing school building. The project also includes extensive demolition to the existing building, renovations and additions and a prefabricated elevated walkway. GREENWICH HIGH SCHOOL, MUSIC AND INSTRUCTIONAL SPACE AUDITORIUM Black Rock Congregational Church Tim led the effort on this new performing arts addition including a state of the art theater with a mezzanine, balcony and orchestra pit which has a mechanically operated platform. PURDUE PHARMA, STAMFORD, CT This challenging project included the selective demolition, interior renovation and fit-out of a 13 floor, 529,000 sf building and garage. PROCUREMENT AGENT Tim served as procurement agent where he managed the pre-qualification process for trade contractors, managed a competitive procurement process, implements and executes strategy to utilize local & MWBE subcontractors in compliance with State Stratford High School Statutes and manages the award and contracting process for all trade contractors. SCHEDULING MANAGEMENT GREENWICH COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL UPPER SCHOOL AND PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, GREENWICH, CT Tim provided scheduling management on this 85,000 sf project which consisted of a new Upper School building and Theater building, and associated site work at the campus. YALE UNIVERSITY-MORSE & STILES COLLEGES Extensive renovation of the existing 255,000 gsf Morse and Stiles Colleges which houses approximately 500 students in total and the construction of a 30,000 sf underground addition. Site improvements include a large retaining wall, site stairs, hardscape and parking area. Although this is a municipal owner, the project is entirely funded from a private donation. GREENWICH COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL STANWICH CAMPUS, GREENWICH, CT This project consists of the renovations and additions to the Stanwich School campus to convert it to a High School for Greenwich Country Day School. The job has 4 major components - Building Addition, Building Renovation, Sitework Circulation / Utilities Payden Fieldhouse and a new Wastewater treatment facility. YALE-NEW HAVEN HOSPITAL – MISC. PROJECTS, NEW HAVEN, CT Craig has served as an Engineer on the YNHH York Street Campus, where he is overseeing the entire safety effort on multiple renovation projects in an occupied healthcare environment for this repeat client. Before beginning the renovation on Level 1, Turner relocated an R&D Lab from Level 2 to Level 3 and a QC Lab from the renovation space to Level 2; in total, 4 spaces were renovated in addition to the Application Lab. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER – 2014 -2018 Chad was responsible for monitoring the market place for new business, tracking information in Turner’s CRM database, and creating and updating Proposal and Contract Authorizations.
