There are Scheduling Professional ongoing renovations to approximately 4,000 sf of first floor space also included. LEAN Professional BLACK ROCK CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH PHASE I, FAIRFIELD, CT Turner provided construction management as advisor services on for the completion of this project for the BRCC, which consists of construction of a new 68,000 sf church facility on the same footprint as the existing church. The new building includes a sanctuary, classrooms, offices and a welcome center.

STRATFORD HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS, STRATFORD, CT Tim is serving as senior project manager on this 230,000 sf project which includes a 126,951 gsf new building constructed on an existing sports field across from the existing school building. The project also includes extensive demolition to the existing building, renovations and additions and a prefabricated elevated walkway.

GREENWICH HIGH SCHOOL, MUSIC AND INSTRUCTIONAL SPACE AUDITORIUM Black Rock Congregational Church Tim led the effort on this new performing arts addition including a state of the art theater with a mezzanine, balcony and orchestra pit which has a mechanically operated platform.

PURDUE PHARMA, STAMFORD, CT This challenging project included the selective demolition, interior renovation and fit-out of a 13 floor, 529,000 sf building and garage.

PROCUREMENT AGENT Tim served as procurement agent where he managed the pre-qualification process for trade contractors, managed a competitive procurement process, implements and executes strategy to utilize local & MWBE subcontractors in compliance with State Stratford High School Statutes and manages the award and contracting process for all trade contractors.

SCHEDULING MANAGEMENT GREENWICH COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL UPPER SCHOOL AND PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, GREENWICH, CT Tim provided scheduling management on this 85,000 sf project which consisted of a new Upper School building and Theater building, and associated site work at the campus.

YALE UNIVERSITY-MORSE & STILES COLLEGES Extensive renovation of the existing 255,000 gsf Morse and Stiles Colleges which houses approximately 500 students in total and the construction of a 30,000 sf underground addition. Yale U - Morse and Stiles Colleges Craig Stevens Project Manager

Site improvements include a large retaining wall, site stairs, hardscape and parking area. Although this is a municipal owner, the project is entirely funded from a private donation.

GREENWICH COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL STANWICH CAMPUS, GREENWICH, CT This project consists of the renovations and additions to the Stanwich School campus to convert it to a High School for Greenwich Country Day School. The job has 4 major components - Building Addition, Building Renovation, Sitework Circulation / Utilities Payden Fieldhouse and a new Wastewater treatment facility.

YALE-NEW HAVEN HOSPITAL – MISC. PROJECTS, NEW HAVEN, CT Craig has served as an Engineer on the YNHH York Street Campus, where he is overseeing the entire safety effort on multiple renovation projects in an occupied healthcare environment for this repeat client.

EDUCATION PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES B.S., Civil & Environmental As Manager of the Special Projects Division, Chad provides executive leadership for the Engineering Business Unit’s Special Projects Division. His primary mission is to lead his teams on Cornell University, 2004 each project to ensure the Owner’s goals are understood and the Project Team meets these goals.

CERTIFICATIONS Chad oversees staff development, supervises risk evaluation, negotiates each contract and LEED AP manages market relationships for the group. He works with the internal and external project teams to ensure that safety, quality, budget, schedule and compliance requirements are EXPERIENCE consistently implemented on each project. Total: 16 SELECT PROJECT EXPERIENCE HENKEL LAB RENOVATIONS, ROCKY HILL, CT Turner provided construction management services for Henkel’s new customer-facing Product Application Lab. Before beginning the renovation on Level 1, Turner relocated an R&D Lab from Level 2 to Level 3 and a QC Lab from the renovation space to Level 2; in total, 4 spaces were renovated in addition to the Application Lab.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER – 2014 -2018 Chad was responsible for monitoring the market place for new business, tracking information in Turner’s CRM database, and creating and updating Proposal and Contract Authorizations. In addition, Chad oversees the proposal and presentation process.

BEDFORD FAMILY CENTER, WESTPORT, CT This $25M new 54,000 sq. ft. facility includes a 10-lane, 25-yard lap pool and adjacent warm-water pool; a Health & Wellness Center; multi-purpose gymnasium; three group- fitness studios; child watch/kids’ adventure gym area; five locker rooms and other Bedford Family Center amenities. The project recently won a CBC Project Team Award for new construction.

HEDGE FUND COMPANY, WESTPORT, CT (MULTIPLE PROJECTS) Chad has overseen multiple projects which included high end tenant fitouts to create office space, conference rooms, technology / AV system areas, electrical infrastructure and MEP upgrades and cooling and UPS Systems.

GREENWICH COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL, GREENWICH, CT The scope of this project includes a new Upper School building and Theater building, and associated site work at the campus in Greenwich. Total Square footage is approximately 85,000 sq. ft. total for two buildings.

NEW CANAAN COUNTRY SCHOOL – STEVENS BUILDING (LEED SILVER) Turner provided pre-construction and construction management services for this new project which consisted of 24,000 sf of additions and 15,000 sf of renovations to the Greenwich Country Day School existing upper school building. Sustainable features include exposed roof trusses and ample views and natural light; generous common area for presentations, a kitchen and recycling center as well as new classrooms and administrative offices; new windows and daylighting technology and extensive use of low-emitting and recycled materials. EDUCATION PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES BS, Civil Engineering As Procurement Agent, Scott is responsible for procuring products and services from qualified University of Connecticut, 2004 subcontractors and vendors at favorable prices and terms. He will work closely with Craig Stevens and Tim Klepps to develop the individual bid packages, review long lead time deliveries and establish early release purchase orders as project scheduling requires. CERTIFICATIONS LEED AP SELECT PROJECT EXPERIENCE HENKEL CORPORATION, STAMFORD & TRUMBULL, CT EXPERIENCE With Turner, 22 Stamford Project. This project consists of 125,000 sq. ft. interior office renovation and a Total Industry, 22 20,000 sq. ft. lab fit out. Lab project includes generator, AHU, and exhaust fans purchased by Turner Logistics. Trumbull Project. This fast paced, tight schedule project is a fit out of approximately 28,000 sf of mixed use pilot plants, laboratory workstations and general office space

SMILOW BURROUGHS CLUBHOUSE, BRIDGEPORT, CT New 23,000 sq. ft clubhouse building constructed on the site of the existing Burroughs Community Center in Bridgeport.

SHU - EDGERTON THEATRE ADDITION & RENOVATION, FAIRFIELD, CT Henkel Corporation $5M addition / renovation project consisting of a 1500 sf new reception and gallery addition, a 5,000 sq. ft. renovation to the existing lobby and box office, a reconfiguration to the University’s entrance courtyard, reconstruction of three existing University entrances and a decorative glass screenwall mounted to the existing roof structure.

INNIS ARDEN POOL HOUSE, GREENWICH, CT $5.5 million demolition and rebuild of an existing pool house building. The new pool house is 16,000 sq. ft. consisting of wood, steel and concrete structure.

EAGLE HILL SCHOOL, GREENWICH, CT $8M of additions and renovations to the existing academic building. The project United Health Group, Hartford includes demolition of the existing auditorium and replacement with a new 4,500 sq. ft. auditorium / multipurpose room and the summer renovation of 14,000 sq. ft. of the existing Academic building.

SACRED HEART MATURA LIBRARY RENOVATION, FAIRFIELD, CT 15,000 sq. ft. to the existing Library. The scope included demolition of the first floor finishes and significant renovations.

UNITED HEALTH GROUP, HARTFORD, CT Scott served on this $24M, 373,000 sf interior fit-out on 18-floors and consists of general office space, full service kitchen and dining area, fitness center with locker rooms, renovation to core restrooms, a corporate conference center, MDF / IDF rooms and MEP upgrades.
