Notes due 2026 (the "Notes ") are being issued by Akbank T.A.Ş., a banking institution organised as a joint stock company under the laws of Turkey and registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry under number 90418 ("Akbank ", the "Bank " or the "Issuer "). This Prospectus has been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland, as competent authority under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 (the "Prospectus Regulation ").
