Press release 19 April 2018 Clas Ohlson has opened a new store in Tampere, Finland Today Clas Ohlson opened its new store in Ratina shopping centre in Tampere. The store is Clas Ohlson's 39th store in Finland. The new store was opened in connection with the opening of Ratina so there were many eager customers on site who wanted to experience the new shopping centre. Country Manager Sampo Päällysaho is pleased that Clas Ohlson now has two stores in Tampere and three stores in the region. “The store is located in central Tampere, on the ground floor of the shopping centre, where customers can easily reach us. We are ready to meet our customers and offer them everything they need for the spring,” said Sampo Päällysaho. Clas Ohlson's new store in Tampere has a retail space of approximately 1,000 square meters and a catchment area of approximately 310,000 inhabitants. Our data is based on loop detector counts of observed vehicles in various roads in the city of Tampere, Finland. We show that meaningful correlations can be found between traffic asymmetries at different measurement locations. The traffic asymmetry is the difference of the traffic counts of the opposite directions of a road. The correlations can be further quantified by estimating how much they effect on the average values of the traffic asymmetries at the neighbouring locations. Conditional expectations, both sample and binormal model-based versions are useful tools for quantifying this effect. The uncertainty bounds of conditional expectations of the binormal model distribution are extremely useful for outlier detection. Furthermore, conditional expectations of the multinormal distribution model can be used to recover missing data with bounds to uncertainty. Yleistä Joukkoliikenneyksikkö on tehnyt suunnitelman talviaikataulukauden 2021-2022 liikenteen palvelutarjonnasta kaupunkiseudun joukkoliikenteessä. Tässä palvelutasosuunnitelmassa on esitetty koko Tampereen seudun joukkoliikenteen järjestämä liikenne Kangasalan, Lempäälän, Nokian, Oriveden, Pirkkalan, Tampereen, Vesilahden ja Ylöjärven alueilla. KESKUSTAHANKE JA KESKUSTAN KEHITTÄMISSUUNNITELMA Tero Tenhunen, hankejohtaja, Keskustahanke 3 KAUPUNKIKEHITYSRYHMÄ/KESKUSTAHANKE 1 STRATEGINEN KESKUSTA-HANKE • Strateginen Keskustahanke käynnistyi vuoden 2011 alusta. Hanke toteuttaa kaupunkistrategian päämääriä muun muassa ehyttä ja tiivistä kaupunkirakennetta sekä elävää keskustaa. • Hanke kehittää muun muassa Ratinan, Ranta-Tampellan, Mustalahden ja Eteläpuiston alueita, keskustakortteleita sekä Tammerkosken ranta- alueita. Hanke myös koordinoi keskustan muutoshankkeita kuten ratapiha-alueen kehittämistä sekä Tammelan ja Amurin täydennysrakentamista. • Keskustahanke tekee elinkenoelämän ja kiinteistöjen omistajien kanssa yhteistyötä keskustan ja sen yritystoiminnan kehittämiseksi. Kaupungin keskustan kulttuurillista ja tapahtumallista elävöittämistä toteutetaan yhdessä kaupungin uuden tapahtumatoimiston kanssa.
