Crews n° 26 and 48 are authorised to do reconnaissance with P1 and P2P drivers group. A maximum of 2 (two) passages is permitted over each SS and Shakedown during reconnaissance. SS run twice are considered to be one stage. SSS1 - Ittiri Arena Show Crews are authorised to drive 1 time only the total itinerary (2 laps). Entrance (IN) and exit (OUT) as per attached recce layout (Attachment 4). All passages on the SS and Shakedown, will be recorded by Marshals with numbered tickets. NO Time cards will be used. Other procedures 12.2 Starting orders (update) 12.2.1 The Starting order for Section 1 will take place in pairs with an interval of 2 minutes between the cars of the same pair, wile the interval between each pair of cars will be of 4 or 5 minutes. The starting order will be the same as the starting order of SSS1 “Ittiri Arena Show” and will be decided in agreement with the WRC Promoter. 12.4 SSS1 “Ittiri Arena Show” - Procedures (update) 12.4.1 SSS1 “Ittiri Arena Show” will be run according to the prescriptions of Article 41 of the 2019 FIA WRC Sporting Regulations and with the following peculiarities: - SSS1 is a ring route of 1.0 km to be repeated 2 times. - The start will be given in heats of 2 cars, starting from Line 1 A and from Line 2 B. - The start will be given with stationary cars in accordance with the procedures described in Article 12.5 of this Supplementary Regulations. - For each car the finish line will be the same as the start. 12.4.2 After checking at TC1 cars have to reach immediately their respective starting lines. The first car of each heat must reach Line 1 A and the second car Line 2 B. When both cars are ready in their respective starting line, the START will be given. 12.18 Media Zone (new) Media Zone has been provided before TC1A (Attachment 5). H) Itinerary modification (update) The itinerary from GRASCIOLEDDU-Shakedown Start to ALGHERO-Service IN has changed from box 20 page 42 of Road book 1(Attachment 6 -3 pages). I) Itinerary modification (update) Passage Control 1-Osilo is cancelled.     MEDIA INFORMATION 2017 FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) Round 7: Rally Italia Sardegna The MICHELIN LTX Force H4 and S5 ready for Sardinia’s rough ride Since 2015, Rally Italia Sardegna has been based on the Mediterranean gem’s east coast, in Alghero, where the harbourside service park exudes something of a holiday feel, an impression amplified by the location’s backdrop of blue sea, sailing boats and nearby white beaches. That said, it is on the other side of the island that the event will actually kick off on Thursday evening with a super-special in Olbia where the real start will get under way the following morning. The total distance of this year’s event is 1,495.36km, including 19 stages totalling 321.46km. The first full day’s menu features four tests totalling 125.46km, including two particularly rough classics – Terranova and Monte Olia – which are back on the programme and stand out as the chief change compared with last year. The longest and potentially hardest leg for the crews and their cars comes on Saturday with six stages totalling 143.16km in the Monte Acuto region. The Italian event then concludes on Sunday with two visits to two coastal tests north of Alghero for a competitive distance of 42.04km. To cope with Rally Italia Sardegna’s specific challenges, Michelin’s WRC partners will be able to choose between the MICHELIN LTX Force H4 (hard compound) and S5 (soft), while the options for their WRC2 counterparts are the MICHELIN Latitude Cross H90 and S80. “Since the WRC stopped going to Greece, Rally Italia Sardegna is the only event that takes place on such hard ground,” notes Jacques Morelli, manager of Michelin’s WRC programme.

    Economic Survey of North Sardinia 2014 Economic Survey of North Sardinia 2014 PAGE 1 Economic Survey of North Sardinia 2014 Introduction Through the publication of the Economic Survey of North Sardinia, the Chamber of Commerce of Sassari aims to provide each year an updated and detailed study concerning social and economic aspects in the provinces of Sassari and Olbia-Tempio and, more generally, in Sardinia . This survey is addressed to all the entrepreneurs and institutions interested in the local economy and in the potential opportunities offered by national and foreign trade. Indeed, this analysis takes into account the essential aspects of the entrepreneurial activity (business dynamics, agriculture and agro-industry, foreign trade, credit, national accounts, manufacturing and services, etc…). Moreover, the analysis of the local economy, compared with regional and national trends, allows to reflect on the future prospects of the territory and to set up development projects. This 16th edition of the Survey is further enriched with comments and a glossary, intended to be a “guide” to the statistical information. In data-processing, sources from the Chamber Internal System – especially the Business Register – have been integrated with data provided by public institutions and trade associations. The Chamber of Commerce wishes to thank them all for their collaboration. In the last years, the Chamber of North Sardinia has been editing and spreading a version of the Survey in English, in order to reach all the main world trade operators. International operators willing to invest in this area are thus supported by this Chamber through this deep analysis of the local economy.

    PRESIDENZA DEL CONSIGLIO DEI MINISTRI Il Commissario Governativo delegato per l’emergenza determinatasi nel settore del traffico e della mobilità nelle Province di Sassari e Olbia-Tempio in relazione alla strada statale Sassari-Olbia OPCM n. 3869 del 23 aprile 2010 OPCM n. 3895 del 20 agosto 2010 Ordinanza del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri n. 3869 del 23/4/2010 recante: “Disposizioni urgenti di protezione civile per fronteggiare l’emergenza determinatasi nel settore del traffico e della mobilità nelle province di Sassari e OlbiaOlbia----Tempio,Tempio, in relazione alla strada statale Sassari --- Olbia”. AVVISO DI APPROVAZIONE PROGETTO ED INTERVENUTA DICHIARAZIONE DI PUBBLICA UTILITÀ Ai sensi e per gli effetti dei seguenti articoli di legge: • Art. 17 del DPR327/01 e ss.mm.ii. • Art. 3 dell’OPCM n.3869 del 23/04/2010 che dispone le deroghe alle disposizioni normative • Art. 1 Ordinanza Commissariale n. 872/86 del 12/11/2012 che dispone la deroga sulla forma di comunicazione ai proprietari prevista dall’art. 17, comma 3 del DPR 327/01 e ss.mm.ii. Oggetto: Adeguamento al tipo B (4 corsie) dell’itinerario Sassari – Olbia. Lotto 4 Il Presidente della Regione Autonoma della Sardegna nella sua qualità di Commissario Governativo delegato per l’emergenza determinatasi nel settore del traffico e della mobilità nelle province di Sassari e Olbia-Tempio, in relazione alla strada statale Sassari - Olbia AVVISA che con ordinanza commissariale n. 803/83 del 16/10/2012 è stato approvato il progetto preliminare “avanzato” per appalto integrato dei lavori di “Adeguamento al tipo B (4 corsie) dell’itinerario Sassari – Olbia.

In particular, the data concerning different Pleistocene localities of Sardinia (e.g. Capo Mannu and Funtana Morimenta) and the Middle Pleistocene Foresta “Devil’s Trails” ichnosite of Roccamonfina Volcano (Campania) are here discussed. In the Pleistocene record of Sardinia four ichnotaxa are known: Bifidipes aff. B. aeolis as regard the Early Pleistocene, and Proboscipeda panfamilia McNeil, Hills, Tolman, and Kooyman, 2007, Bifidipes isp. and Canipeda isp. as concerning the Middle-Late Pleistocene record. Four ichnotaxa are identified also in the Middle Pleistocene ichnosite of Foresta “Devil’s Trails”: Proboscipeda panfamilia, McNeil, Hills, Tolman, and Kooyman, 2007, Ursichnus isp., Hippipeda isp., and the ichnogenus Pecoripeda (? ichnosubgenus Cervipeda). The systematics of the mammal ichnofossils and the putative trackmakers are discussed and, furthermore, the ages, the stratigraphic and geological data are briefly treated to suggest the relative palaeoenvironmental contexts.

    COMUNI DELL’ANGLONA E GALLURA CHE ABBRACCIANO LA BASSA VALLE DEL COGHINAS VALLEDORIA Valledoria (fino al 1960 Codaruina , Codaruìna in gallurese e sassarese ) è un comune di 4.125 abitanti della provincia di Sassari , nell'antica regione dell' Anglona . Il paese si affaccia sul Golfo dell' Asinara , nei pressi della foce del fiume Coghinas . Il paese sorge sul sito dell’antico borgo romano di Codes , da cui deriva appellativo Codaruina . Nel medioevo fu sede della Diocesi di Ampurias , distrutta ripetutamente dai pirati barbari. Appartenuta al Giudicato di Torres e passato alla famiglia genovese dei Doria , dopo la conquista aragonese , la valle del Coghinas fu colpita da epidemie catastrofiche (secolo XV) che portarono allo spopolamento di queste terre. La ripresa demografica si ebbe, come del resto in tutta la bassa gallura , verso la metà dell’ Ottocento , grazie all’afflusso di famiglie galluresi da Aggius e Tempio Pausania che occuparono le vaste pianure deserte e fertilissime, dando vita all'insediamento di Codaruina, oggi Valledoria centro. Nel 1960 Codaruina si rese comune autonomo con il nome di Valledoria comprendendo le frazioni di La Muddizza, La Ciaccia, San Pietro, Baia Verde e Maragnani, il cui territorio era compreso nei comuni di Sedini e Castelsardo . Nel 1983 si è staccata la frazione di Santa Maria Coghinas divenuta comune autonomo. SANTA MARIA COGHINAS Santa Maria Coghinas (Cuzina in gallurese , Santa Maria Cutzinas in sardo ) è un comune di 1.439 abitanti della provincia di Sassari Il centro abitato sorge nella regione storica dell'Anglona , sulla riva occidentale del fiume Coghinas e ai piedi delle colline che delimitano la fertilissima valle alluvionale con una media di 2 m s.l.m.

Remundu Piras Questa guida turistica di Villanova Monteleone, in italiano e in sardo, è stata ideata e curata dai volontari del Servizio Civile Nazionale del gruppo “Volontari per la promozione di Villanova Monteleone”, ed è diretta, in particolare, agli alunni delle nostre scuole. I bambini seguono i genitori nella visita di una città o di un luogo senza avere, in genere, una conoscenza diretta del contesto che frequentano. Tuttavia, visitare il nostro comune può e deve diventare anche per loro un’esperienza emozionante e formativa. Occorre tenere conto che lo sguardo del bambino è diverso da quello dell’adulto, poiché egli è attento ad altri particolari, ad altre suggestioni. Alcuni spazi del nostro comune dicono forse poco a tutti noi, ma talvolta i bambini sono attratti da luoghi, dettagli e situazioni che in loro accendono la curiosità, l’interesse e le emozioni. Perché allora un adulto non potrebbe farsi prendere per mano e provare l’esperienza di essere accompagnato da un bambino nella visita del nostro comune, magari seguendo questa guida? In essa non c’è tutto, ma chi l’ha pensata e poi realizzata ha voluto descrivere la storia, la società, le tradizioni, la natura del nostro comune con un linguaggio semplice, diretto più al cuore che alla mente.
