DAIRY-FREE: GLUTEN-FREE: Chocolate Cake Creamy, Fluffy Quinoa Ingredients Ingredients

• For cake: • Vegetable oil • 2 1/4 cups plain �lour • 1 cup white onion, diced • 1/4 cup cocoa • 1 tsp thyme • 3/4 tsp salt • 2 cups quinoa • 3 tsp baking powder • Salt • 150g brown sugar • Black pepper • 75g caster sugar • 100ml white wine • 2 large eggs • 3 cups vegetable stock • 2/3 cup almond milk • 1 cup green peas • 1/2 cup vegetable oil • 2 tbsp mint leaves, crushed • 1 tsp vanilla essence • 2 tsp parmesean cheese, �inely grated • 1 cup mixed berries • Black truf�le oil Preheat the oven to 180 Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok on a medium heat. Add 1 cup diced degrees celcius. Line 1 onion, 1 cup celery and a pinch of thyme to wok. Cook for large cake tin with baking 1-2 minutes. Add 2 cups quinoa grains.Add a pinch of salt. paper.
