Keila linnavalitsusele, 2018a kultuuripreemia määramise ettepanek Meie, allakirjutanud, teeme ettepaneku, määrata 2018. aasta, Keila linna Kultuuripreemia - Targo Kaldoja´le Sündinud: 13.juuni 1969, elukoht Koidu 103, 76605 Keila, Harjumaa , jalgpallielu eestvedaja Keilas, treener 1. Panuse eest Keila noorte sportlike eluviiside kujundamisel läbi jalgpalliharrastuse. MTÜ Keila Jalgpalliklubi tegevuse korraldamise, mõtestamise ja eestvedamise eest. 2. Keila linnakodanike, jalgpallikogukonna, sõprade, kaasvõitlejate ning lapsevanemate - inspireerimise, innustamise ja toetamise eest- teekonnal tervema, sportlikuma, liikumist harrastava ühiskonna poole 3. Panuse eest, Keila paljudest noortest, Eesti tasemel tippmängijate kasvatamisel, nende arengule ja edusammudele kaasaelamisel, suunamisel ja aitamisel. 4. Panuse eest kaasaegse jalgpalli infrastruktuuri (väljakute) rajamise eest Keilasse. 5. Keila linna nime viimise eest Eesti meeskonnamängude tippspordi kaardile 2018. aastaks (Esindusmeeskonna tõus EMV Esiliigasse) 1 Keila Jalgpalliklubi on asutatud aastal 1995. Alates sellest ajast toimub ka katkematu töö noortega, aga samas on Keila pidevalt võistkondadega esindatud Eesti Meistrivõistlustel- nii noorte kui täiskasvanute hulgas. Targo Kaldoja alustas tegevust klubi juhatajana, tänasel päeval täidab ta juhatuse esimehe kohustusi. Et olla alati elujõuline organisatsioon, peab suutma muutuvas ajas ka ise muutuda. Keila Jalgpalliklubi on läbinud mitu tegevuse ümberkorralduse perioodi, kuid samas säilitanud oma ajalooliseid traditsioone. Klubis -
