Featuring Jenny Lee Classic Cinnamon Swirl Bread Unless you want your guests to leave. If that is the case, hide this. Ingredients: Instructions: 1 to 2 loaves of Jenny Lee – Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cinnamon Raisin or – In a large bowl, beat eggs. Mix in sugars, cinnamon and Cinnamon Swirl Bread vanilla and beat until well mixed. Add half & half and heavy 10 eggs beaten cream together. Tear the bread and add to the mixture and 1 cup sugar let sit for 10 minutes. Add half of the melted butter and mix. 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar –Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan, add bread mixture. Drizzle 1 quart half and half remaining butter and sprinkle additional cinnamon and 1 Pint heavy whipping cream sugar on top, bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until it starts 2 teaspoons vanilla extract to set. Should form a custard texture. Do not over bake. 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 sticks butter melted – Let cool and serve. CINNAMON SWIRL BREAD FRENCH TOAST This is the recipe that made our cinnamon swirl breads famous! Try it with each of our swirl bread flavors for a delectable breakfast each time. Ingredients: Directions: 12 Slices of Jenny Lee Cinnamon • Beat together eggs, milk, salt, spices and Swirl or Chunky Cinnamon Bread vanilla. Let bread sit open on a plate while 4 Medium Eggs mixing ingredients. 1 Cup of Cold Milk • Lightly oil a griddle (or skillet) and preheat 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon to medium high. 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Nutmeg • Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract being sure to soak each side. 1 Pinch of Salt • Place on heated surface and cook both sides Powdered Sugar until golden brown. • Pleace on serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with maple syrup. Pumpkin Trifle Ingredients: Instructions: • Beat cream cheese and 8 oz cream cheese – softened sugar together until smooth • Fold into cream cheese 2/3 cup sugar mixture – set aside 1 small tub of Cool Whip • Mix pudding and milk together Pumpkin Pudding • Add canned pumpkin and mixture, Cool Whip 2 (3 ½ -oz) pkgs instant cinnamon to pudding mixture Repeat layers, finishing with Cool vanilla pudding • Add Cool Whip and Jenny Lee Whip and dust with cinnamon. Pumpkin Walnut Cinnamon 2 cups milk Swirl Bread (cut into 1 ½ cups canned pumpkin small pieces) ½ tsp cinnamon In a glass trifle dish 1 large tub Cool Whip layer: Pumpkin Bread pieces, Cream 1 pkg Jenny Lee Pumpkin Cheese mixture, Walnut Cinnamon Swirl Bread JennyLee ®Swirl Bread Serving Suggestions WORLD’S BEST TOAST & BUTTER Rich Korintje cinnamon-sugar crust with swirls of cinnamon inside.
