Much of the value system being practiced by the tribal communities since the early days is still presently observed. The traditional justice system is sometimes observed by them. Their observance of value system and traditional justice system brings some degree of prosperity to their families and community. In the political arena, the upland areas in the Upland areas of Ilocos Sur, Philippines are better prepared as a result of observance and institutionalization of their value system and traditional justice system and also improve their social lives. It is recommended by the researchers that the tribal communities should try to understand the wisdom of their cultural practices which they inherited from their ancestors. They should retain what is good and beneficial, but should not follow the dogma or have no scientific meaning and relevance.
