The Honorable Mauricio Cárdenas, Governor of the Bank and Fund for Colombia, served as the Chairman. In Committee Meetings and the Plenary Session, a joint session with the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund, the Board considered and took action on reports and recommendations submitted by the Executive Directors, and on matters raised during the Meeting. These proceedings outline the work of the 70th Annual Meeting and the final decisions taken by the Board of Governors. Inspirada en estas corrientes renovadoras, impulsadas por la declaración del ALMA-ATA, la presente Ley Foral de Zonificación sanitaria de Navarra se sustenta en la atención primaria como núcleo principal y función central del sistema sanitario, y considera la zona básica de salud como el marco territorial idóneo para el logro de una atención integral e integradora. La Norma de Funcionarios Sanitarios de 16 de noviembre de 1981 utiliza los vocablos de Unidad Sanitaria Local, Sub-Comarca y Comarca para denominar las diversas demarcaciones territoriales sanitarias. Sin embargo, las variadas y distintas denominaciones de las demarcaciones sanitarias utilizadas en otras normas exigían una homologación terminológica, que en la actualidad ha quedado resuelta con la aceptación generalizada de las «zonas básicas de salud» y las «áreas de salud». La zona básica es, sin duda, el marco territorial idóneo de la atención primaria globalmente considerada, al concurrir en ella las condiciones de homogeneidad, accesibilidad y delimitación geográfica que hacen posible una asistencia sanitaria adecuada, así como la programación, ejecución y evaluación de actividades encaminadas a la promoción, mantenimiento y recuperación de la salud.

It explores the complex manner in which these central Italian cities both emulated and rejected the political and cultural hegemony of Rome through the ideological and performative reinvention of its cult icons. In the twelfth century the powerful urban center of Tivoli adopted Rome’s grandest annual public event, the nocturnal Assumption procession of August 14-15, and transformed it into a potent civic expression that incorporated all sectors of the social fabric. Tivoli’s cult of the Trittico del Salvatore and the Inchinata procession in which the icon of the enthroned Christ was carried at the feast of the Assumption and made to perform in symbolic liturgical ceremonies were both modeled on Roman, papal exemplars.
