Pursuant to House Rule No. 23, the Clerk called the House to order. Representative Koehler was selected to preside under the Rule. The journal of yesterday was read and approved. INTRODUCTION OF BILLS The following bill was introduced: H. B. No. 191 - Representative Gonzales. Cosponsors: Representatives McColley, Brinkman, Fedor, Riedel, Keller, Stein. To amend sections 4723.01, 4723.43, 4723.432, 4723.44, 4729.01, 4731.27, 4731.35, and 4761.17 of the Revised Code regarding the practice of certified registered nurse anesthetists. Said bill was considered the first time. B. No. 24-Senator Terhar, et. al., having had the same under consideration, reports it back as a substitute bill and recommends its passage. RE: ENACT CONSUMER INSTALLMENT LOAN ACT Representative Sprague moved to amend the title as follows: Add the name: "Representative Dever." No. 108 - Speaker Rosenberger Authorizing Ohio TeenPact Leadership School to use the Ohio House Chambers to conduct its graduation ceremony. The motion was agreed to. The question being, “Shall the resolution be adopted?” The resolution was adopted.
