the entire 4-acre property was remediated and re-developed to preserve the canal − 320-kW solar array including nineteen individual solar/wind powered site parking light fi xtures and six parking lot solar canopies which provide power back to the utility grid − Heating and cooling systems are integrated in a cogeneration plant that includes a backup generator, heat reclaim systems and chillers which provide heating, cooling, and hot water to the store − On-site water management system recycles rainwater and grey water for non-potable uses including restroom fi xtures and irrigation RELEVANT PROJECTS MARTINA East Village - New York, NY − Fit-up of a new 2,250-SF restaurant for Nick Anderer Executive Chef for Marta and Mialino of Union Square Hospitality Group − Martina is a spin-off of Marta, a larger Roman themed restaurant specializing in wood fi red pizza − Restaurant features handmade fl oor tile imported from Europe, a custom wood storefront and tile walls creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a Pizzeria in Rome RELEVANT PROJECTS SHAKE SHACK Astor Place, NY − 2,500-SF interior fi t-up at Astor Place in New York − This Shake Shack was a more complex fi t-up due to the fact that the building lacked gas requiring all equipment to run on electricity and this particular location is directly above the St. John’s University Library Archives − A second-fl oor mezzanine was built within the space in order to accommodate the MEPs as well as the Pollution Control Unit to reduce odors escaping to spaces above − This is the fi rst Shake Shack location to include Kiosk-only ordering for guests creating a cashless environment and an optimized kitchen for better output RELEVANT PROJECTS SHAKE SHACK Fulton Center, NY − 5,000-SF tenant fi t-up of a new Shake Shack restaurant prominently located on the second fl oor of the premier retail complex and transit center, where more than 300,000 passengers pass through daily − The unique space is a half oval with glass curtain walls on both sides looking out to the World Trade Center − Required a rigorous permitting and inspection process working with the MTA Authority − Fulton Center is Shake Shack’s eighth restaurant in Manhattan and is considered a high profi le location for the chain RELEVANT PROJECTS TIMEOUT MARKET BOSTON Boston, MA (under construction) − New 24,000-SF fi t-up will occupy the ground fl oor of 401 Park Drive in Boston’s Landmark Building − TimeOut Market Boston will showcase: 16 food offerings, 2 Bars, a Cooking Academy and a retail shop with local artists RELEVANT PROJECTS WEGMANS FOOD MARKETS Natick, MA − Phase 1 included signifi cant interior demolition of a former JC Penney at the Natick Mall to create space for a new multi-level Wegmans Food Market − This 140,000 SF fl agship store is the fi rst multi-level store within a major mall for Wegmans − Project features(2) full-service restaurant concepts by Wegmans called The Burger Bar and Blue Dalia Restaurant & Tequila Bar − This is Wegman’s fi fth store in Massachusetts and the fi rst multi-level store within a major mall RELEVANT PROJECTS WHOLE FOODS MARKET - INK BLOCK Boston,
