Vodka Bloody Mary Serve in a cocktail glass. 4-6 ounces tomato juice 2-3 ounces vodka or flavored vodka 1-1½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Several dashes of Tabasco sauce 1-1½ teaspoons freshly grated horseradish squeezed dry, if desired Pinch of white or black pepper Simple, Quality 1-2 pinches celery salt ½-1 teaspoon dried or fresh chopped dill Ingredients Celery stalk with leaves Combine all of the ingredients except the celery stalk in a shaker half-filled with fresh ice. Shake gently, and pour (strain, if desired) the mixed drink into the serving glass. Garnish with the celery. Note: To make preparing this drink quicker, use a Bloody Mary mix and just add the vodka or flavored vodka. Vodka Martini Serve in a martini glass. TM 1½-2 ounces vodka or flavored vodka Generous dash dry vermouth Generous dash sweet vermouth Pour the vodka into a mixing glass or shaker half-filled with fresh ice; add CRAFT COCKTAIL dashes of dry and sweet vermouth (vary the amount of vermouth depending on whether it needs to be a dry or wet/sweet martini).
