LES CONDICIONS DESESPERADES DELS MIGRANTS A CALAIS Més de 3.000 persones es troben actualment a Calais un camp de refugiats de menys d‘un quilòmetre quadrat a la frontera d‘Anglaterra i França. Ja han perdut la vida 9 persones intentant arribar al regne unit enmig d‘un silenci mediàtic. Han arribat a Europa 137.000 persones. Condicions Calais: nomes dues dotzenes de vàters portàtils i alguna latrina, cap lloc on rentar-se les mans, escombraries que atrauen les rades, accés a aigua freda lluny del campament, hores de cua per a tenir una oportunitat d‘una dutxa. També hi ha molts immigrants a el camp ferits que expliquen que han estat víctimes de la brutalitat policial i dels matons locals. Metges del Món està fent un excel·lent treball en el camp, però la magnitud de les lesions i les malalties va en augment i reclama alguna cosa més que l‘ajut d‘una ONG Són els països en desenvolupament -i no les nacions europees- els que donen refugi a la majoria d‘ells. Turquia, ella sola, dóna refugi a 1,7 milions de fugitius provinents de Síria. I els altres cinc països que alberguen el major nombre de refugiats són el Pakistan, el Líban, Iran, Etiòpia i Jordània. Anglaterra ha anunciat un nou pressupost de 7 milions de lliures per a reforçar la balla que fa frontera amb França. ARTICLE Nº 2 DATA: 23.08.2015 TITULAR: CRISI MIGRATÒRIA: MILERS DE REFUGIATS TRAVESSEN MACEDÒNIA CAMÍ DE LA UE Milers d‘emigrants han reprès el viatge cap al nord des de Macedònia, en direcció a Sèrbia. Molts han hagut de passar uns quants dies atrapats a la frontera entre Grècia i Macedònia Avui molts dels emigrants que havien entrat a Macedònia i tots els qui ho van fer una vegada van reobrir la frontera amb Grècia, han anat en direcció a Sèrbia i a Hongria, amb autobusos i trens. Han hagut d‘evitar els filferros que hi havia a les tanques de la frontera i han suportat una actuació contundent de la policia, que va fer servir bales de goma i gasos lacrimògens. El ministre de Defensa de Sèrbia ha dit que hi havia més de cinc mil immigrants que hi havien entrat. La Unió Europea ha considerat aquesta situació la crisi migratòria més greu des de la Segona Guerra Mundial: Macedònia assegura que des de mitjan juny més de 42.000 persones han travessat la frontera provinents de Grècia, i les autoritats gregues informen que des del juny han arribat més de 160.000 immigrats a les costes, cinquanta mil dels quals l‘últim mes. El govern conservador hongarès, de tarannà hostil amb la immigració, ha anunciat 2 VILAWEB que bastiria una tanca de quatre metres d‘alçària en el curs dels cent setanta-cinc quilòmetres de la frontera, per impedir-ne l‘entrada. ARTICLE Nº 3 DATA: 24.08.2015 TITULAR: TITULARS ‗El Mundo‘ destaca que ―Los yihadistas amenazan a España por la ―presión policial a los musulmanes‖ ‗El Periódico‘ parla de ―Vergonya europea per la crisi dels refugiats‖ ‗El País‘ destaca que ―La inmigración desborda a los Gobiernos de la Unión Europea‖ i l‖ABC‘ assegura que ―Los yihadistas enviados a Siria e Irak incitan a su entorno a atentar en España‖ ARTICLE Nº 4 DATA: 25.08.2015 TITULAR: LA UE NO SAP QUÈ FER AMB L‘ARRIBADA DE MILERS DE REFUGIATS Alemanya i França faran una proposta conjunta per a una política d‘asil comunitària Molts refugiats volen arribar a Alemanya. De fet, el govern d‘aquest país es prepara per a rebre unes 800.000 peticions d‘asil aquest any i prou. Alemanya i França han pres la iniciativa, els seus representants es van reunir ahir i van anunciar que presentarien una proposta conjunta per a una política comunitària unificada d‘asil. Merkel i Hollande també van instar Itàlia i Grècia, dos dels països que reben més refugiats i immigrants, a obrir centres de registre de refugiats. El designi dels centres és de distingir entre les persones que tenen opcions de rebre asil i ‗tornar immediatament als seus països els qui no compleixen els requisits‘, va indicar Hollande. La UE rebutja de fer una nova cimera europea sobre immigració. Afirma que els països membres han d‘aplicar els acords actuals en aquesta materia i també critica els governs europeus per no haver rebut els immigrants i refugiats d‘Itàlia i Grècia. Lla UE ha va fer una cimera sobre immigració, a l‘abril on els socis europeus no es van posar d‘acord sobre el sistema de quotes de repartiment de refugiats. Un dels estats que s‘oposa a aquest sistema proposat és l‘espanyol, que al·lega que el problema és que tingui caràcter obligatori El 97% dels refugiats sirians han estat acollits per Turquia, el Líban, Jordània, l‘Irac i Egipte, països als quals no els sobren els diners ni tenen estructures públiques que puguen resistir molt de temps això. Gran Bretanya el darrer any tan sols ha acollit cent vuitanta-set refugiats sirians, segons dades d‘Amnistia Internacional. ARTICLE Nº 5 DATA: 26.08.2015 TITULAR: HONGRIA RECORRE A LA POLICIA PER ATURAR ELS REFUGIATS QUE HI VOLEN ENTRAR 3 VILAWEB Milers de refugiats són a la porta de la UE, a la frontera entre Sèrbia i Hongria. On les autoritats hongareses els barren el pas amb filferro espinós i ets ple d‘agents de policia (i ara n‘han enviat dos mil més de reforç) que avui han interceptat més de 2.500 refugiats, mig miler dels quals són menors d‘edat, que provaven de travessar la frontera des de Sèrbia. A més, el govern hongarès ha començat a construir una tanca a la frontera de més de cent quilòmetres, i estan pensant d‘enviar-hi l‘exèrcit. La policia ha arribat a disparar gasos lacrimògens en un campament de refugiats per evitar que se n‘anessin centenars de persones. La Merkel ha visitat avui un el centre de refugiats que va ser atacat per un grup de neonazis i ha sigut escridassada per els veïns de la localitat que reclamaven que primer es preocupés de la seva gent. ARTICLE Nº 6 DATA: 29.08.2015 TITULAR: LOCALITZEN A ÀUSTRIA UN ALTRE CAMIÓ PLE DE REFUGIATS, AMB TRES NENS EN ESTAT MOLT GREU Tan sols dos dies després de la descoberta d‘un camió frigorífic abandonat en una carretera a l‘est d‘Àustria amb setanta-un refugiats asfixiats ( que ja han passat a disposició judicial les quatre persones detingudes a la veïna Hongria per la presumpta implicació en l‘abandonament dels refugiats) la policia austríaca n‘ ha localitzat un altre que transportava vint-i-sis persones amagades i han estat rescatades. Tres infants, amb tot, es troben en estat crític per deshidratació i se‘ls ha traslladat a l‘hospital. El conductor, de nacionalitat romanesa, ha pogut ésser detingut, tot i haver intentat fugir. ARTICLE Nº 7 DATA: 01.09.2015 TITULAR: BARCELONA ES PREPARA PER CONVERTIR-SE EN CIUTAT REFUGI ‗Encara que es tracta d‘una qüestió de competència estatal i europea, Barcelona farà tant com pugui per a col·laborar en una xarxa de ciutats refugi‘. Per a fer-ho realitat, cal que s‘hi afegeixin organismes internacionals com ara Acnur, Creu Roja i unes quantes ONG catalanes.. Encara no es pot parlar d‘una xifra concreta, perquè s‘ha d‘examinar quina capacitat d‘acollida hi haurà, i les entitats remarquen que la prioritat és que sigui una acollida de qualitat. L‘Ajuntament de Barcelona sol·licitarà a la Generalitat de disposar dels albergs, però encara han d‘estudiar quins equipaments més podran ser útils. Bosch destaca l‘actitud valenta d‘Angela Merkel. La cancellera alemanya ha ofert d‘acollir 800.000 refugiats malgrat les crítiques internes del seu partit. ARTICLE Nº 8 DATA: 01.09.2015 TITULAR: ELS MAPES PER A ENTENDRE LA CRISI DELS REFUGIATS 4 VILAWEB 1. El viatge Aquest mapa publicat per rescue.org documenta els passos que es troba un refugiat sirià des que surt del país fins que arriba a Alemanya. Es basa en el testimoni d‘un home de trenta-quatre anys que va sortir d‘Alep amb la família al juny. El mapa narra tot allò que li va passar durant els dos mesos que ha necessitat per a fer el viatge. 2. La ruta La BBC també ha fet aquest recompte de la ruta seguida per la majoria dels refugiats, que ensenya les etapes i els perills que implica cadascuna. 5 VILAWEB 3. L‘arribada a Hongria Els refugiats sirians miren d‘arribar a la frontera entre Sèrbia i Hongria (frontera entre la zona Schengen i Sèrbia) Si l‘aconsegueixen de travessar ja no hi ha cap frontera fins a la seva destinació a Alemanya o a qualsevol altre país de la Unió, a excepció de la Gran Bretanya.La posició del govern hongarès és molt dura. Han bastit un mur provisional i han retingut refugiats i els han internats a camps.     Paeonia Municipality PAEONIA Gateway to Greece Identification – history – destinations Town Hall of Paeonia IDENTITY OF PAEONIA MUNICIPALITY Main characteristics and spatial integration Paeonia is a municipality of the Regional Entity of Kilkis, Central Macedonia Region, established by “Kallikratis”, New Architecture of Self-gov- erning Entities and Decentralised Administration. Paeonia resulted from the combina- tion of pre-existing municipalities of Axioupolis, Evropos, Goumenissa, Polykastro and the historical township of Livadia . The extent of Paeonia is 929.7 Klm² and its perma- nent population is 28.493 inhabitants, according to Census 2011. Administrative capital of the new municipality is Polykastro, whereas historic capital of Paeonia is Goumenissa and overall inhabited settlements exceed 52. Paeonia has a strategic geographical location as Axios River crosses its mainland and the New and Old National Evzoni - Athens route is the main roadway in the territory. Alongside, with two important border Stations of Evzoni and the Commercial Railway of Idomeni, Paeonia is the main entrance and exit Goumenissa Axioupoli Evropos of Greece to Balkans and Central Europe. It is worth noting that six million people pass every year through the Customs and Border Station of Evzoni, highlighting that it is the second largest Gateway in Greece following the airport «Eleftherios Venizelos» of Athens. (No 1338/07.07.2015), the collection of cadastral survey declarations will begin on 20 July 2015, with anyone having a right to real property located in the pre- Kapodistrias Municipalities/Communities in the Kallikratis Municipalities of Kilkis and Paionia in the Regional Unit of Kilkis in the Region of Central Macedonia being invited to submit declarations for their real property either at the Cadastral Survey Office in the region where their real property is located or online at the Cadastre website www.ktimatologio.gr The deadline for the submission of declarations for these regions, which begins on 20 July 2015, is 20 October 2015 for residents of Greece and 20 January 2016 for expatriates and the Greek State.   • Data Collection at Bcps at Corridor Level in the Adrion Region
    This report has been prepared to capitalize the information collected through surveys and desktop research regarding different types of nodes identified along the TEN-T corridor related to the area covered by ADRIPASS project and also to present the results of the analysis of their performance using Multi Criteria Analyses, developed and customized to fit to their different characteristics. This report has been prepared by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with contribution of the ADRIPASS project partners. DATA COLLECTION AT BCPS AT CORRIDOR LEVEL IN THE ADRION REGION DELIVERABLE D.T1.2.3 Version 1.0 June 2019 The project ADRIPASS is funded by the European transnational Programme Interreg Adriatic-Ionian and it aims at integrating multimodal connections in the ADRION region, from both a strategic and operational perspective. ADRIPASS envisages to increase the capacity of ADRION transport stakeholders (port authorities, terminal/logistic operators, freight forwarders) and policy makers at national and European level (ADRION national Ministries of Transport, European Commission – DG MOVE, DG REGIO and DG NEAR – European Transport Corridor Coordinators) to plan and implement transport facilitation measures on the TEN-T Corridors of the ADRION region, with a special focus on the recently extended ones to the Western Balkans.
